This was possibly one of the worst experiences ever.
I was in town for business. Booked 3 rooms for 6 nights (totaling $3,688.88). At arrival I had to place a card on hold for incidentals (which is perfectly normal and fine). However, when I checked my account. I noticed that they held $915 PER ROOM. After complaining to the manager. He promised to make the necessary adjustments and gave me breakfast vouchers. Well I've been home now for 4 days and that hold is still there!
To only make matters worst, my trip was cut short by 2 days. They DID NOT reimburse me for those 6 nights (3 rooms x 2 nights). And now that I'm back home, I can't get a manager on the phone. FYI. I'm 47 years old and this is the very first review I've ever wrote.
Other than that, $10 per night parking and $18 breakfast. But the place is clean. Which is definitely worth reporting.
