Very nice clean safe and comfortable hotel.

All the employees were super nice

We had a living room with a bed and a bedroom that could be separated from the living room. It was like having two rooms and the breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had.

It was a nice size room and really quiet. We stayed in our room the whole time we had a flight at 3am. I would book there again on my next trip to Guatemala.

I didn't like the bad smell from the washbasing. We were in the 10th flor and we had heard music noise during nighttime. The AC was no so good.

Great location, price and staff

The suite was incredible — spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful inside, and the staff were great. I truly loved my stay and it was a perfect ending of my trip.

Our stay at the Clarion was short but enjoyable. When we arrived at the airport, they were kind enough to send a taxi for us. The room was beautiful and we will definitely be back.

A great hotel for people who are new to Guatemala City. Upscale.

Very nice hotel in the business district of Guate City. Close to the airport. Good restaurant and within walking distance of many other nice restaurants and shopping. I used uber to get to and from the airport.

Excellent Hotel and Wonderful staff.

The only thing that disturbed me during the entire stay was the sound of water falling or running through pipes over my head. I had to leave the bedroom and sleep on the couch because of it, but I still heard it the entire night, and there was no explanation in the morning from any of the staff although it did not happen again.

Liked the size of the rooms and liked that the rooms are newly renovated. However our room had a strong manly sweat odor and there was no way of masking it... Our rooms was ready 2 hours later from the time they were supposed to be ready and travelling with kids can be tricky because they need a room to rest. We were offered one of the rooms (we had 2) so at least the kids could rest a little but it was uncomfortable for 5 people in a room waiting on our 2nd room.
