The stay was very nice. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The AC could have worked better. The pool area was small but well worth it to cool off.

The room is a lot longer than most other hotels with very spacious beds. The TV is huge. Window glazing could do with improvement to keep out more of the traffic noise.

Room noisy

It was a great hotel to stay at. About 15 minutes (drive) from the train so we needed a car however we planned to have one which is why we chose this hotel. The area is perfect for restaurants and shopping and even being on the highway its easy to get to everything.

We had to find a place last minute as our B&B was not what we were promised. We found a room for the week and staff were very friendly and helpful. If we needed anything, they were always accommodating. Everything was clean and ready to go. It’s in a very convenient location between Boston and Salem (about 20 minutes either way depending on traffic).

The staff was nice. The front desk was helpful when we had questions, house keeping did a great cleaning our room each day, and the breakfast was wonderful with a variety of foods.

Check in took a very long time and the place was in need of an update (for example, chrome in the bathroom was rusted), but the most important things were good. Quiet room, comfortable bed, and convenient location. Plus, the breakfast was well-stocked.

Friendly front desk staff. Large king room. Sent me to great restaurant for dinner (110 Cafe). Good stay.

We had the BEST experience! The front desk customer service representatives were excellent. Johnathan went above and beyond to make sure our first time in the Boston area was welcoming. He offered us maps and brochures for our day trip to Salem which came in handy! He always asked us about our plans and it was like having a local friend we could ask advice or get recommendations. Definitely would recommend staying here. Accommodations were clean every day. Good selection for a quick breakfast bite and convenient location for what we needed.

The room is perfectly serviceable, comfortable, and convenient. The hotel is just 20 minutes from Logan, assuming no traffic. However, the room we had had a connecting door to the next room (actually on both sides), and the people on one side were loud and rowdy, with the noise coming through the door. The connecting doors need to be better sound-proofed. Also, the hotel is on a very busy road, and the street noise was disturbing until late in the night.

Not only was the establishment clean, well-organized, and had a delightful breakfast, but they also disposed of damaged suitcase for us that happened during travels. Thank you soooo much to Kenyi and the team!!!

Great check in and out service. Good room. A little small but ok. Breakfast area was clean and well tended to.

Our stay at the property was fine. We booked it to have a place to rest at night so really we were barely there other than to shower and sleep. The surrounding areas is nice in terms of it has pretty much everything you need around you, but it doesn’t make for a good view. The roads are terrible and you’re constantly dodging potholes. Not the hotels fault, but it’s hit or miss in their parking lot as well. One of the main reasons I booked the hotel was I saw pictures of dove products in the bathroom and that’s what I use at home so I was happy to not have to bring my own products. Then I showered and it definitely didn’t feel or smell like dove products. Perhaps they use dove bottles but then fill it with something else. But the staff was pleasant, the coffee was good, beds were comfortable, microwaves on every floor if you want to heat up some food, laundry on sight, etc. I would stay again, just bring my own toiletries!

Staffs are friendly and they offered us free drinks. Everything was clean but the room size was small. Overall this is good place for a couple of days.

Parking gets scarce at night but all in all a good stay and conveniently on the highway
