Quiet and convenient

We made a reservation at this hotel. On the hotel page mentions pet allowed. We arrived this hotel and they said that can't accept your kitty. We could not stay at this hotel and they refused to make refunds.

Awesome stay!

We enjoyed our stay at comfort inn. We booked a room with a jetted tub. The room was clean and smelled nice. There was an air freshener plugged in and we could faintly smell something but not sure what it was. The only real thing i had any issue with was the jet tub, while clean, definitely could have used a second rinse with the jets on. But it wasnt bad and im used to doing that anyways as a precaution as ive stayed at some hotels that didnt run the jets. The breakfast was good and my husband enjoyed the waffles. The coffee was also good. We didnt use the pool but it looked clean. Checkout was quick and easy. We would definitely book her again!!

Property was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Room was adequate and spacious. No real complaints to write about.

Presidential Suite had a very strong scent during the stay. Bar stools and drapes damaged, jacuzzi had black stains on the bottom from infrequent deep cleaning. Spacious yes, breakfast was good as usual only pork offerings for meat, no turkey option for breakfast.

Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. There was a lot of belongings and bags outside by the front door and a lot of people hanging out in lobby and smoking out front but everyone was friendly and check in and out went smooth. Lots of food options close by and close to highway

I went to the restroom there where roaches and spiders

Very Very clean

The room had Cobb webs everywhere and looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. The staff was very nice and helpful!

Room was gross.. There were trash from the person before us.. Trash bin had strawberry something from a drink or where someone had gotten sick.. I don’t want to know.. They claim to have a strict no smoking policy but about 2am the entire hotel smelled like marijuana.. Policies that were not posted when the reservation was made you were paying extra incidentals and deposits for everything that can take a week to be returned.

The lady that helped me at the desk when i checked in! She is super nice and informative!!!!
