Lovely room although only one pillow per person.

Didn’t need breakfast. The room was lovely very spacious and clean and warm. Facilities were great. The beds were ok not the most comfortable but ok. Had to ask for extra pillows. There was a link door to another room that had light shining under it. Felt a bit like privacy was not 100%. Felt a bit uneasy even though it was locked. Constant noise of the tube trains made sleep difficult. Overall ok.

Room 5. You can hear everything in reception, 6 am onwards.

A warm and friendly welcome at the Astor. The hotel was spotless, decent sized rooms, good location for Oxford Street, theatre district etc. all within 20 minutes walk. A real gem of a hotel, we will definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Great location for cafes, pubs, shopping and transport. Friendly staff and large, secure luggage room. Room was decent size for London in this price range, and quiet and comfortable enough. Would stay here again for short London trips in future.

Great for what it is. Served us well for the night and breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Paid £80 in prime location with breakfast and last minute on Christmas Day.

Very good value for central London- big room and nice bathroom

Spacious and clean room. Great location. Checked in after midnight and was upgraded to a superior room. Bathroom clean, new and also spacious. Coffee machine in room, though pods were a bit bitter for our taste. From the morning, we could hear feint rumbling of the underground but this background noise didn't affect us too much. Highly recommend! Great price for location and room size.

Comfortable hotel, typically English seeming, very quiet, secure, comfortable, reliable. Have stayed there in 2018 and again 2025 and found it exactly the same. Nothing extraordinary but then extraordinary is not really what Englishness is about. The area is embassies and such so it is a bit dull itself, but you are really close to Regents Park, and a short walk from Soho and Trafalgar Square. I am not a big breakfast eater so I had an excellent coffee and croissant from a cafe around the corner.

Walking distance to lots of restaurants, convenience stores and Oxford and Regent Streets. Would definitely stay again!

All very positive, hotel is lovely and room nice modern feel. Only one negative is the mixer tap on the shower was not great so water too hot
