The sheets and towels/bathroom were clean. Rest of the property is a dump. Restaurant next door at 5 pm on a Saturday had two tables with patrons. I didn’t eat there.

Room has terrible smell like stinky feet. Window is too small. It would be better to separate power for bath room light and vent. Utilities are old but Ok. Pillow and bed is kind comfortable

Pool both having work done on them. Could use some paint. Bed was comfortable and linens and towels were great

Great staff-room was fantastic-clean/though somewhat dated in spots(ie. old window trim). Property however could use some freshening up (hallway carpets) I would definitely stay there again.

Expensive for what it was. The room smelt, blood drop on the carpet and they need to be replaced. The whole hotel needs renovating. Would not recommend.

convenient location.

I found the pot smell overwhelming at points during the evening and repulsive in the halls on the way to breakfast. Only redeeming factor here is the restaurant is nice and clean

It is not a hotel worth $300 per night.

Room was nice. Staff were friendly. Way over priced. They increased prices due to forest fires in the area. Overall it was a decent place but not worth the high price we paid for the room.

Carpets need cleaning badly Weird smell throughout hotel

We did not stay in our room, we checked out about 30 minutes after arrival. The hotel was disgustingly dirty. Our room smelt terrible and the bed had multiple stains on it. We could not stay in this hotel and had to book a different hotel that night. Thank goodness there was room at the Clarion because we could not stay at the Travelodge.

Terrible. Dirty, noisy, no service and very expensive.

Typical Kenora hotel that needs a renovation. Pool looked like it hadn’t been used in years, lobby was dated, outside looks like a rough place to stay. I suggest they clean up the place and increase tourism to the town.

Sent me to a room with no sheets on the bed. It was a wake up call when I saw what I could be sleeping on. Very run down.

OLD. SPRINGY MATRESS IN A SLANTED ROOM. BATHROOM WAS NEWER. POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER. STAY INLY OF YOU DONT CARE. RESTAURANT WAS CLASSIC ROADSIDE TRUCK STOP STYLE BUT GOOD.

The room was so below acceptable I would not rate it as a 1. Carpet filthy frayed and stained. The furniture (other that the bed which was fine) was stained and beat up. It looked like it has been picked up from the dump. I stood and had dinner instead of sitting in the provided chairs they were that bad Ceiling tiles stained , you get the idea. I was charged oner 200 a night for this Dump. I sent a note to management with all of the above and they did not bother to respond so I owe it to other guests to post this. This room was located not in the main hotel but an adjacent building. I'd hope the main hotel is better. If all of the rooms are at this level in this building it should be condemned. I will never step foot in a travel Lodge again. I am outraged that they put me in there at all let alone at full market rates.
