Its all worth it. All the staff are corteous and nice. Check in and check out is all good. Will definitely comeback. Sepcial thanks to Mary (not sure about her name tho) who gave me a pad because I just started my red day on the day of check out and Rideau mall is not yet opened.

The hotel is in a great location which enables you to keep your car in the parking garage and walk to a lot of places that you may want to see, like the parliament buildings, the CF Rideau Centre and the ByWard Market. As soon as we arrived we were given an upgrade to our room. With three travellers, we were given a three bedroom suite, which included a kitchen, living room, in suite laundry room and three bedrooms, one which had an ensuite bathroom. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, parking was available.

Parking was sketchy , but pleased with cleanliness of room !

They are renovating some floors do the lobby and elevator carpets are looking kind of shabby. Our

Stayed here four nights with teenagers. The 2nd bedroom with their own bathroom was amazing to have. Staff was great, very clean, kitchen had everything we needed and has a dishwasher. Will use again.

Very clean, good location, walking distance to CF Rideau centre, Byward market, Parliament Hill. Lots of food options. Check-out clerk she was very friendly, lovely. Will stay there again if we visit Ottawa

It was impossible to sleep! We were at the 12th floor and ear people yelling all night. Windows are cheap. Don't go there!

Location was spot on . Close to the Byward Market, and Rideau Mall. Lots of space in the unit which had a balcony and full kitchen. Clean updated rooms. We will be staying again.

Convenient location and large room.

Good room layout, furnishings and kitchen features. Pillows could be better, sofa bed mattress not the most comfortable.

Room was nice, bed was a bit hard compared to our last stay. The alarm going off wasn't as pleasant but we will definitely stay again.

We love staying at Les Suites! The units are clean and spacious, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Beds are also very comfortable!
