Everything was great. Staff were very helpful. The property is a little tired but everything was clean and as expected. Staff were great and you are bang in the middle of everything. Parking on site✅ Overall when wanting to stay in Cairns CBD. We would be back. Well done.

I really enjoyed this place. A little bit dated but comfortable & clean. Great location. Several things to be wary of, if you have a 4wd you won't fit in their parking so it's street parking which is 3hr parking on Abbot street most the time. WiFi is minimal. A few things missing from the kitchen such as a chopping board & grater but otherwise it was comfortable

Everyone was excellent. They stored our bags for 3 days while we went to Daintree, which was very kind of them. 5 stars!!

Great accommodation overall. Room was large enough for a family of 4. Only downside was the room we got was a bit dated. From the balcony we could see the 1000s of bats leaving the roost each evening which the kids loved. The location is fantastic, right next to the night markets with dozens of food options within a 2 minute walk. 5 mins from the lagoon that our kids swam in everyday, and 5 mins from Woolworths where you can stock up on groceries. We got a parking garage fob and dedicated parking space which was very convenient. Very enjoyable stay overall, the reach of the WiFi was a bit sketchy if you care about that.

The laundry was great to have as well as consistent AC. Staff were accommodating with our bags and local is awesome

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo. It was a little tricky to find the parking garage at first, so we ended up parking in the central outdoor area and walking in. Our original room wasn’t ready upon arrival, but the staff quickly accommodated us with another room. The room itself was clean, cool, and very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus, and it was convenient that detergent was provided. The property felt very secure, with key fob access required for the apartments, elevator, and a separate fob for the parking structure. The staff will also hold your luggage during their operating hours, and they provide clear instructions if you’re arriving after hours. The location couldn’t have been better as there’s a Woolworths within walking distance for groceries, and the Night Market is just steps away. We were even able to walk to our Great Barrier Reef tour, and the Esplanade is only a 3–5 minute walk. Overall, it was the perfect location for our stay in Cairns.

Very central location but quiet. Rooms were well equipped but need some little things fixed. Staff were helpful and the room was very comfortable. Parking was free and very secure. A great place to stay.

Will never stay again staff rude. Parking required not given. Told park 2 blocks away pouring rain walk back with luggage. Just had 12 hour international flight to arrive with this garbage hospitality. Do yourself a favour book elsewhere

Clean well appointed room. Pool was disappointing with just 2 sunbeds and one parasol.

Margaret at reception was amazing. She provided us with great information regarding restaurants, tours and local transportation options. Il palazzo was ideally located just off esplanade but was a quiet respite at the end of busy days.

Was noisier than expected. Could hear the people in the units beside and above. Needs better sound proofing in rooms. Very quick and friendly check in. Very close to night market and restaurants

Loved staying and it will be one of the places I will stay multiple times
