Excellent location

It was a great, spacious suite with a view of the Costanera tower. The staff was friendly and we greatly appreciated the ability to check in early (for a small fee). The hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible to the metro anywhere else in the city.

Breakfast was excellent and kept me going through a busy daily schedule! Excellent cleaning service and very friendly staff.

We loved how conveniently located this hotel is for first time visitors and we were blown away by the high level of customer service, the staff took care of us.

Great location, kind staff, I wish a few spoke a bit more Spanish. I do think the breakfast could have been a lot better. Again, the location is perfect!!!

While the building was modern lobby etc. our room was dated. The room had bath fixtures furniture more like the 1960 -70’s. Pretty basic for a junior suite. The staff and cleanliness was excellent.

The staff, especially the hotel porters were very kind, professional and overall extremely helpful. The location is perfect and the entrance is nice….. BUT get to the room ours was 803 is absolutely gross and is in need of a deep cleaning. The crevice around the sink had hair clippings the door in the bathroom had something brown and was overall filthy dirty. Please, you have a beautiful hotel take care of it!

Gostaria de mencionar o excelente atendimento em nossa chegada com o Sr. PAUL na recepcao, om sorriso constante e interessado realmente em nos bem receber. Infelizmente, nao podemos falar o mesmo dos atendentes da recepcao no Domingo, e no equivoco no restaurante no cafe da manha, em que foram retirados os alimentos antes do horario que nos foi informado na duracao do cafe. Informaram duracao do cafe ate as 12horas, e comecaram a retirar os alimentos as 11h. Apos verem o equivoco, voltaram os alimentos, mas alguns hospedes ficaram visivelmente constrangidos.

OK this time around everything was great (thanks to Paul). Although I was not upgraded, I was finally put in a room where both the internet connectivity and the television was working properly. The only hiccup is on Sunday, breakfast was supposed to finish at 12:00 pm. When I arrived at 11:30, the little hot food that was left was cold and the staff had already put half of the breakfast food away. They should tell people that breakfast really ends some time before 11:30 instead of 12:00 PM.
