Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The location was convenient. The only downside was that there was a noticeable smell of food in the afternoon, likely coming from the restaurant downstairs. It wasn’t overwhelming.

The parking space is excellent, room is clean, not just enough brightness in our room and extension cord for the tv is hard to find.And thank you for providing continental breakfast.Wish you guys add cook your own waffles for breakfast thingy. Thank you

Noisy, cold and dusty

Everything was good other than front desk girl heating up food & setting a microwave on fire at 3am setting of fire alarms and disrupting everyone in hotel to go outside and wait for fire trucks to arrive. That's a first for me and hopefully the last. I'm glad it was nothing serious but scary all the same to be woke up in the dark by blaring fire alarms.

Additional charges for pet on top of the regular booking fee. Breakfast watered down coffee, muffins and toast. No soundproofing. Not clean, especially the bathroom and the walls. The smoke detector was missing.

It was clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was pleasant.

When I booked it I wasn’t given the address and was confused between the two locations. It was still ok just a little farther than expected. Across the bridge in West Kelowna. Staff was nice, room was good, location worked ok laundry a block away. Just a bit of a drive to the store.

Breakfast was very ordinary and the hotel does not provide water bottles.

The pet room was very very stinky. We changed to a different room where the tv didnt work even with the help of front desk. Very noisy with people going in and out of the back door all night. The breakfast was upstairs at the end of the hallway. Very inconvenient.

Quite large rooms, clean and functional. Breakfast and the pool were enjoyed by the kids.
