Clean room. Divider door to corridor (more hotels should do that). Nice bar. Great bed. Easy parking

Clean tidy room. Easy check in.. good parking. Easy to find conveniently close to motorway and shops.

Wi-Fi was horrible. You could connect and would soon disconnect. Just unusable except in lobby. Staff and restaurant were nice.

Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel. We checked in, in the evening and even though this hotel was awful we spent one night because we were with our elderly parents. The property is quite dirty throughout.Dogs are allowed in all rooms, and we love dogs, but there is a very strong chemical odor everywhere . I was allergic to it. As a result, we checked out early and requested a refund. The room was very dirty. The beds were not comfortable. We wish we had booked elsewhere and will stay away from Best Western in France going forward.

Great hotel . Lovely town

Very tired hotel. Breakfast was poor with items not replenished, awful coffee and inedible croissants. Constant power cuts.

No ice at bar!!?! Shower not working properly. Nice breakfast and staff.

A great place to stopover on our way to the Alps. Clean rooms, Clean public areas and the Trattoria served good food at a very reasonable price. We will be booking again for next year.

Heating didn't work, electricity kept tripping out.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Lovely, friendly staff, nice room and excellent restaurant.

The room was ok, but there was only one chair available. The airco did not work, because "after the 23th of september the airco is changed to heating". So we had to open a window, because it was 24 degrees inside the room. The traffic-noise was terrible. The personal in the restaurant was not very friendly.

Overall, regular place, perfect for a transit stay

Great location next to highway. Hotel located close to shopping center and food establishments. Check in was tricky as front desk did not speak English. Room is okay, bathroom had shower that leaked all over floor. Property needs attention as most areas are worn and dated. Pool is basic but good for kids. Unfortunately people bring glasses to pool and my son got a deep cut from a broken piece of glass. Front desk fortunately spoke English very well and helped us with bandages to stop bleeding.

Very comfortable family room. Friendly and helpful check-in, especially considering that we arrived after midnight. Good playground in the garden.
