From 2200 there shoulf be kind of quitwness in the hotel and staff did not much regarding running children on the corridors

very enjoyable stay. pity swimming pool wasn't open

Good hotel on edge of city. Convenient tram links to the city centre.

Shower curtains could've been a little cleaner. Other than that, everything was up to expectations.

No air conditioning in most of the rooms. Staff are not helpful. Did not provide the amount of rooms I reserved and the hotel was overbooked.

I was not told about the extra parking charges when booking, so found that disappointing and what is worse I found two hair in the bathtub. The issue had been resolved and cleaned but still in the current situation I would expect everything to be sparkling clean. My daughter s towel had dirty marks on it so we decided not to use it. Only stayed there as close to Termy. Breakfast was very good though.

Novotel is located in a good quiet location. Good in summer but far from town and shops.

Hotel was close to a lot of sites. Staff was amazing and we would go back again.

The hotel standard room looked tiried. Stayed in many Novotel hotels in the past round Europe. This one bit dissapointing. Standard room bed matterace squicky when moved or sit on, child's bed not really comfortable either. Would not say we had a great night sleep. Reception welcoming and breakfast was good, glad that the scrambled eggs are made properly not powdered egg. Very good location if you go to Maltanskie Lake Therma and hotel offers a 20 % discount voucher at reception if asked. Booked for the ease to Therma and as stop over when touring Europe. Quite a distance from the Old town though you will need a taxi approx 7 -10min. Old town is beautiful and plenty of restaurants.

The rooms have walls made of paper. Can hear snoring, talking, tv of neighbours etc. Not recommended for business use, or for people who enjoy to sleep. In one night I changed rooms twice at 1am in order to get some peace and quiet. Such a shame, because the food is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very dated.
