Very kid friendly

The rooms were not that nice and the site we booked in looked better than seeing in real life

El desayuno muy bueno, un lugar muy limpio, perfecto para familias y ninos, mis nietos la pasaron super, la habitacion muy limpia, lo recomiendo, pensamos regresar el proximo verano.

For the cost this was a big time bang for your buck. Highly recommend and the staff was top notch. Hardly do you ever see so many employees in a great mood and attitude to be at work. Great environment.

The property is family-friendly, with activities that kept both kids and adults entertained. We also appreciated how close it was to shops and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay — we’d definitely come back!

Friendly sraff

Friendly staff! But room was not clean, hair all over bathtub, roaches in the bathroom. Beds were very uncomfortable and sheets were very thin

Room had roaches we got bites on our bodies look like bed bugs sheets were moist the place was disgusting

Amenities were awesome. Staff so pleasant & friendly. Water Park very safe & happy for the life guards. Only discomfort was the small beds in the double bed room

Everything was great

My family and I Loved the Water park and the Arcade. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The Buffet breakfast was ok. I didn’t like that we had 2 rooms and we had to be separated, because the whole purpose of getting them was so we could be next to each other. We didn’t like that the rooms were so out dated and they had a nasty smell to them. I don’t know if it was the carpet or coming from the Air conditioner. The room felt moist. One of bathrooms had a big yellow stain in the tub and the other bathroom shower rod was barely hanging on and tissue holder was broken so when you would try to get tissue it would fall on the floor so we just took it off. I believe if the rooms were renovated and they removed the carpet and had wood or vinyl flooring the room wouldn’t smell and stay moist.

They don’t change a bed sheets when I arrived they tell I found my sheets with make up on and hair it was never change for provise guest I have my baby 2 years old we have to sleeping in the floor because bed was never change I very despointe about it . They rest of the stay was ok front desk was good that supervisor that work 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm

This place was dirty my room had water coming out of the toilet. The water area was dirty. just by seeing it because I payed and did not stay
