It has definitely been renovated recently. You could still smell some paint. But overall it was a very nice stay. The area is surrounded by hotels so it feels safe.

Hotel location

The room, staff, and breakfast were fine. The "gym: was an empty room full of trash. Coffee was only sometimes available in the lobby. Most of all, after reading complaints saying there was no pool or hot tub, I called before booking and was assured they were both in working order. The eight days I was there, there was only a door labeled pool and a sign that said closed for cleaning. We looked inside and saw they were both completely non-functional - not just being cleaned. Disappointing stay.

The first room had hair in the bed and shower. Gross. They gave me a new room but the bathroom was still dirty. There was no hand soap and when I asked for some they said they were out. There was no elevators and the staff were nice but not very helpful at all.

It was located close to Pirate's Cove Golf and right off of I 90. There was no soap in the room. When we asked at the front desk we were given soap.

All good except ran out of hand soap for the washroom.

It's newly remodeled and nice. The gym wasn't finished yet. But it was quiet, close to restaurants, and grocery store. They also offered a decent breakfast. Staff were pleasant.

Pretty good stay! The best thing was the staff. Very friendly and will to help with anything. Beds are not that comfortable. Rooms are kind of updated. Breakfast was ok as well.

They sent a preregistration to fill out and I did but when I got there ( an hour after check-in time) they said they had to check to see what rooms were clean so the preregistration did not work -no need to do it. You still had to go through the desk registration so don’t bother.

This hotel served it's purpose. However, it was in bad disrepair and the room was shabby and smelled like cigarette smoke. The refrigerator froze our beverages.

Very nice hotel, beds and pillows are amazing! Very clean, nicely decorated. Check in super easy, staff friendly. Loved our stay here!

They have tried to update this place but it was like putting lipstick on a pig.

The best part was the service, from check in, breakfast, check out. Friendly and efficient. The room and the rest of the hotel were recently refurbished and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Overall, a great stay. Staff was great, room was large, and breakfast was delicious. Only concern is how dark the parking lot is.
