Room was not clean and not sound insulated. We could hear footsteps and people talking all night. Reception staff was good.

I was expecting breakfast and upon checking in i was told that i was not entitled to breakfast due to the way i booked my stay.

Excellent service clean rooms, what more can you ask for.

The 18 we got a good night sleep. The 19th people talking very loud in the hallway. The room above us were banging on the floor and yelling out to each other. We didn't get to sleep till almost 1 AM.They started again at 6 AM

It's not a posh hotel but the staff always make you feel like family and I appreciate that. The price is also very reasonable. The manager offered us a club for our car since it's new and expensive, but we never felt unsafe even though it's not the best area of town. I still appreciate the concern and safety it provides so we can sleep on both ears :) We've stayed there twice so far, and recommended it to friends and family for staff friendliness and value.

Property was great. Close to the where we needed to be. However, our close friend we were traveling with had their vehicle broken into and was vandalized. So…friendliness in Canada…eh.

Easy access to many amenities.

The property looked old from the outside but the inside is pretty much renovated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Restaurants and quick food pick up is also walking distance. I would stay there again

Its a quiet an cosy spot i liked it

Service courtois et efficace au comptoir.

We were given a steering wheel lock when we got there. They said something because my rental car was a SUV. My car window was smashed and someone cut the steering wheel to get the lock off. All the ice machines were broken. Staff all spoke French and English. The staff at the rental car place on site was the nicest person I had spoken to. Terrible start to my trip. Made me feel very unsafe. Ended our stay short and got outta there.

I having been staying at this hotel for over 20 years and always have great stay. The room is always clean, the bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly. It is perfectly located with a metro stop in the parking lot. There is a major mall across the street and many more shops and restaurants within walking disatance

Great & convenient

We stayed there because it's where my son's team was staying for competition. It's not a place I would ever choose to stay. In the future I would choose somewhere else. The walls were very thin and the floors where only broom swept.
