Room was tiny (as expected right here on the beach) but spotless. Most of all, the location is incredible, and the staff incredibly helpful. We had many hours after checking out of our room while waiting the airport, and the staff let us continue to use all the hotel amenities, including the incredible pool and view over Copacabana Beach from the sky deck. Six stars out of five!

Excellent hotel on Ipanema beach. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent restaurant and bar and clean and comfortable rooms. The perfect place to stay in Ipanema.

The location is wonderful, the view is incredible, staff are nice, the only problem is some staff cannot speak English which would be problematic sometimes. In iverall I would highly recommed this hotel to all tourists who want to visitt Rio and prefer to be in safe and nice neighberhood.

The reception team were welcoming and efficient. The room was comfortable and had a great balcony with hammock and an amazing view of Arapaho beach all the way down to Ipanema and Laos with Dois Irmaoes beyond. The ARP bar was great for breakfast, lunch or dinner with great food and drink at very reasonable prices given the location. It is a real bonus the hotel being right on the seafront with no need to cross a busy road to reach the sand. It is in a peaceful location and felt very safe

I am not sure how this hotel couldn’t get a 5 star review. The entire property was stunning and they always had everything I needed within seconds. The food was way better than most 5 star hotels, super unique dishes with lots of flavor. The team was so friendly and spoke good English. It was a perfect location and I will miss my breakfasts and lunches with the most amazing view

The room we stayed was very small, on the first floor facing the street and it was noisy, could hear the people talking on the side walk and car noise all the time. Very difficult to rest 😕.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Arpoador! The location is perfect, right by the beach, and the hotel makes it so easy to enjoy it—they provide bikes, beach towels, and even chairs for the sand, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options, and the food overall was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even better. My room was comfortable and well-kept, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rio. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, great service, and beachside convenience.

Fantastic hotel and location. I recommend the hotel Arpoador to everyone going to Rio. I loved it so much I left another hotel and came back for my last night in Rio. It’s worth every penny, oceanfront and town views.

The location is great, rooms have everything you need . Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. The vibe is very nice. Good amenities. The cons. I didn’t like the smell that came out of the bathrooms near the reception. It’s just next to the elevator and it gives you the impression of lack of higiene. I believe the cost is really elevated for what you get, I had my expectations up
