Room was exceptionally clean and spacious for family of four. Helpdesk was excellent help front reception is beautiful and they have treats and water at the front which is a nice touch!

Great stay

Very basic, but clean and comfortable. English-speaking staff were able to help with booking taxis and restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again. Location is great, very close to Gothic Quarter.

The lobby was cool and the staff was fantastic, but the rooms were about as good as a dorm room in a run down college. It was a good value for $150, not over $300. The location is good as well (a lot of construction but I cannot blame them for that).

All was excellent ..just note that entering ..that you require a key for the safe !..staff acknowledgement for this issue ..and as a Canadian forgot my device for my IPhone ..should carry some adaptors ..thankyou ..otherwise everything was great !

Excellent location close to bars, restaurants and transport links. Room was acceptable but a/c didnt work and was quite noisy.

Clean room. The bed is lightly small for two adult people but was ok.

Excellent location, very helpful staff but the vintage look is taken to new levels. I know it’s a historical building and it is beautiful but just a bit of touching up would be great.

Altogether excellent

The room needs some refurbishment as the towel bracket from the sink fell off, the skirt board on the entrance of the bathroom also came out. The room was very hot and air conditioner was not an option as it is winter (as per staff advice), hence windows were open, but with the amount of noise from outside, it was very difficult to sleep. The room was clean and some breakfast variety, but for me as coeliac. Staff was friendly.
