Pros: Location, Friendly Staff Cons: Paper thin walls. Heard every word and sound from hallways and neighboring rooms, enough to wake us and keep us up at night. Beds are very hard. After third night, my back hurt and I do not have back issues. Housekeeping added a duvet cover under the sheets which helped minimally. Rooftop bar was closed throughout my five day stay due to cold weather. It may be closed all winter but not sure. Very disappointing.

We stayed one night after our cruise before flying home to Toronto. The hotel was clean and stylish. The staff was friendly and courteous. We asked for a dinner recommendation and were not disappointed. We even received a coupon for a free cava each. The breakfast we paid for was delicious with plenty of options.

Lovely hotel lovely staff and service. But very very noisy house keeping and didnt clean under beds. The hotel noise was so loud with doors slamming constantly and house keeping banging and making alot of noise.

They had a beautiful rooftop with a bar and pool.

I book HCC Regente last year and twice this year. It is fantastic with Roof Top pool and bar and 360 degree vuew

Very nice property in an excellent location on La Rambla. The room is spacious, staff are helpful and the roof terrace with pool are superb. Only downside is we received a room that had a window that faced a wall (no real natural light) and the hotel at times was very noisy (ie thin walls), which was disruptive

Our experience at this hotel was amazing! It was in a beautiful area of Barcelona, with lots of terrace tapas restaurants around. The rooftop was perfect for drinks in the evening, and the staff was incredibly friendly!

Nice location. Breakfast was mediocre by European standards, especially given the price.

The location is perfect which matches the quality of the people who work there. This was my second stay and I plan to return and stay there again. Totally wonderful staff who are most happy to help.
