decent size and clean tv not working heat/cooling not working

Our room stunk so bad of old cigarettes that it made us gag everytime we walked into the room. There was no smoking signs on every room door so?? Also the pool and the hot tub were closed down and nog wotking

The room smelled like someone was smoking it. There were holes in the walls, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. We didn’t stay and asked for a refund and just kept driving.

I mean, its cheap, right? Thank goodness, cause it wasn't worth much more than what we paid. Noisy as hell. Could hear every word of our neighbors conversations. Guy on other side had dogs barking. Every time someone would run water, it sounded like our shower was running. Loys of slammming and banging of doors throughout the night.

Room was updated and clean.

Clean and priced well.

All things were properly taken care of. Thank you.

Stay was good receptionist a little abrasive

Not bad for the price. We booked for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. The room is big and clean. It’s comfortable to sleep in. It’s quiet and the staff are friendly.

The only reason i drove all the way to Nephi was for me to be able to relax on the hot tub. And its not working. They should give a heads up about this. So dissapointed

Located right off freeway next to restaurants and gas. Lots of noise all night long from other people. You can hear water running from other rooms, cleaning staff was in hallway making a lot of noise early in the morning,could hear phone ringing, not a good place if you need sleep.

Good value with an indoor pool!

Cats around check in area TV and bathroom fan not working

Excellent. The room was clean the beds were so comfortable and didn't have to ask for extra pillows. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stop here again

Property was not clean. Don’t book if you are allergic to cats as there are cats roaming around inside the property. Side door was not operational so we had to park on the side and then walk to the front with all of our luggage to then go all the way back to get to the stairs. Hotel appears to have a lot of long term guests. You could see cat litter on the window sill of rooms and fur stuck in the carpet outside the doors. Would not recommend staying here.

I will never stay here again Noisy all night people yelling in the hall way. People trying to open doors. People’s boots outside their room. Pool and hot tub was disgusting. Front Desk has cats climbing all over the place and people smoking in the hallway. Advertise a laundromat the Dryer was not working. The floor in the room was caving in. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

I was charged an additional $100 and was told I would be reimbursed after check out and I was not reimbursed.

They should hold the deposit, NOT charge me for it then credit my card. this cost me 8.00 dollars in exchange. I did not appreciate that.

My kids went to the pool and say a car with a mouse and rooms smelled and dust dirt nasty this place should be condemned safety needs to come to this spot to shut it down
