Check in super easy and nice… very reasonable price. Was not asked about any way they can help or recommend. Conditioner in shower was all out. Room smelled dingy but it was super clean! Lots of towels and no noise . I would stay again!

Nothing like walking past one of the only staff members on the property at night only to get a call a few minutes later to charge us for extra people. We had 2 queen beds for 4 adults. The lady saw us all at check in and then calls us that evening when we returned to say we need to pay more. What a joke! The price was good until that point. We wish we would have booked another place. Their staff was not present at the desk and we waiting at check in. The breakfast was slim pickings with not much put out. We killed two bugs in our room, one on the bed, too. We do not recommend this place after our experience and won't be coming back.

Property was nice. Only thing that didn’t work was a usb port on the lamp. Other than that, staff was super friendly, room was very comfortable. Best rest I’ve gotten in quite some time.

Room was comfortable … front desk person was kinda rude and didn’t like that the room was ready at 1 pm when we got in town but wanted 20 dollars to get room early … bad for customer service… not convenient also, breakfast was AWFUL!!!!! Probably wouldn’t stay at Baymont Wyndham again..Thought they were a good hotel chain!

Clean sheets and towels everyday. Beds are made. Room is clean.

The breakfast was not good at all. No Continental, no healthy foods. Found a roach in room the last night I stayed.

It was clean, daily cleaning. I did not eat any of the food.

Price was excellent. Room was clean. However, the chair in the room had a broken arm and smelled like a wet dog.

An overnight stay, door locks didn’t work, very limited outlets, batteries were dead in all things in room, floor seemed dirty, unexpected fees, no sugar free syrup

English, Baymont guidelines and lack of protocol. Housekeeping needs to improve and the carpet was dirty and smell of smoke.and lighting was torn and dirty My sheets had a substant on them.

It was ok and decent for the price. It was clean but service was average and I don’t like older hotels with outside entrances. My room door didn’t seem very strong or secure and almost seemed as locks and doors needed replaced. Locks and doors didn’t shut securely or even Easy great location for anyone staying in Gallatin and kids would like pool and good value for parents Staff was mediocre and I arrived at 130 on a Wednesday and it was so quiet, no one around and not a single person in lobby and barely a car and they would not allow me to check in early even though room was ready and had me come back a hour later or said I’d be charged $20 fee for checking in an hr early Not super helpful or good service when early check in is available but not offered to people who travel far and are extremely tired

Place is just OK. Wi-fi is sketchy and breakfast is nothing special.

Building looked run down cob wobs above our bed we had to knock down.Their is no breakfast as advertised went down at 7.30 am and was 1 tiny little blueberry muffin .pool has cover over it .Definitely will not go back overpriced .

Place is just OK. The breakfast is mediocre, the wi-fi is sparse, and the TV in our room did not work.

We always stay here when in Gallatin Tn. It is always a good choice.

Had a special request that wasn’t completed other than that not a bad stay
