La persona que nos recibio el dia Viernes 18 creo que es Jessica fue muy amable, y la persona que me dio la salida del cuarto el dia de hoy 20 creo que su nombre es Mayra me comento sobre los rewards y me inscribi y fue muy atenta y amable conmigo, nos gusto mucho a mi y mi familia la alberca la disftrutamos al maximo los 2 dias que estuvimos hospedados, gracias.

Great location. Very clean and everything functional. Loved that we could have snacks and soft drinks at pool. There were peak hrs where too many guests were at pool but understandable due to summer months. We had to skip breakfast as there was no seating area and the space too small for the number of guests having breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The bathroom very small, no faucet inside to wash hands. Small breakfast area- nit enough room to eat.otherwise - great

This is our go to hotel when we are in the San Antonio area, never disappoints. My husband was greeted with guest of the day sign and goodie bag , that was a nice gesture.. Comfortable, nice looking rooms.. good tasty variety breakfast, nice staff.. enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean but the bathroom was so small and awkward.

Toaster wasn’t available, small selection of breakfast, I expected more from Hyatt brand but not as expected at all.

Was on top floor. Nice and quiet, didn't hear and noise from other rooms. Room was very spacious.

Room seemed older and outdated. Very visible repairs to bathroom door where it was damaged previously. Hotel ran out of clean towels, had to request bedding for hide-away couch bed. Staff was helpful, but it was annoying to have to request towels and bedding that should have already been provided

While you can tell the hotel is a lot older and remodled, it is still very spacious and the staff is amazing. The breakfast is a full breakfast with a lot of variety. There are a lot of fun and delicious restaurants nearby.

I haven't had a room this bad/outdated since the early 2000's. There were bugs in our room (pictures attached), they didn't clean the room, and the sheets on our bed were dirty, crunchy and hard. Sheets honestly crunched liked paper. Absolutely no comfort. I meant to take a picture of the shower but it reminded me of a motel, or what I imagine a shower at a motel would look like. Mold stains in the shower and around the room in general. Room was very worn down and honestly shouldn't be offered to anyone else- I asked to switch rooms and was told there weren't any other options.

Right next to a really awesome food truck and entertainment venue. So clean. Very nice. Would stay again. And the breakfast was actually pretty good

Ruun and dont look back ! Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a very, very long time. Despite the good first impression, it looked good from the parking lot, the front desk area was pretty nice organized…the disaster followed in the rooms ( we reserved two ) . The TV channels are a bad joke, the mattress very uncomfortable and the pillows seemed borrowed from Goodwill. However, that is just the beginning. I could not close my eyes,the noise from the A/C unit (review wont allow me to attach video) was unbearable, the noise from the highway added to the discomfort. But the worst of the worst : the room was full of bedbugs. Hyat you are a very big disappointment.

The lobby and hallways and rooms were clean, but when i went Into the bathroom there was pubic hairs laying in the shower everywhere. The shower ceiling had mold growing in the corner. The pool has mold/algae of some sort growing on the stairs. Other than that the people that worked there were so sweet and helpful.
