Great location. Right in the mix. Close train and rail . Was on the upper scale.

Glass walls between bed and bathroom no visual privacy could see right through. Awful lay out.

Vacationing in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, my wife had hurt her knee. The staff helped us to arrange for a doctors examination and treatment. Thanks to the proximity to the tram, we were able to manage getting around a bit and we still made the most of our limited stay. From the front desk staff to the servers and the people working in the hotel bar, each and every person was kind and helpful. Excellent.

The staff here were all great but this was listed as a 4 star hotel and in my opinion is really barely making it to a 3 star level. The beds and pillows were very lumpy and like sleeping on rocks. Staff was happy to provide other pillows when we asked. The room itself was pretty beat up and needed some new paint and the AC ticked constantly. Lastly the towels were thread bare and scratchy. We didn’t eat or drink in the hotel so no comments there. I definitely overpaid for what I got at this hotel. For half the price, I would have been a bit more meh about it.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

A relatively small frontage hides a large open reception, bar and garden area. Polite and friendly front of house. We had a classic room, which while small (as we knew when booking), managed to pack in a soft banquette area, fridge, table, safe and some nice lighting options. Complimentary tea, Nespresso and water. A large sliding screen in front of the window kept the room really dark at night. Our sink was open to the room, while the shower and WC had frosted glass doors. If you are shy, not brilliant, but you can switch up the lighting for privacy.

Funky hotel that is convenient walk from the central station. Staff were helpful and rooms were good with everything you could want or need! The hotel artist drawn map on the wall was awesome.

Amazing! I booked this hotel for a girls trip for my wife and 15-year-old daughter. They had an amazing time and the location was so excellent. Close everything and The Hotel and staff were phenomenal.

Amazing location! The hotel is centrally located to all the touristy spots. Great surrounding restaurants, shops amd bars. The tram stops right out front the hotel, and its only a 15 min walk to central station. We were so pleased with the staff, they were always super helpful.

Great hotel in a very good area, accessible to all the interesting places in Amsterdam. And hotel staff is wonderful! Will definitely visit again!
