Staff was helpful and friendly. They were helpful with directions and places to go. First room a/c wasn't working and they were able to help switch rooms. Kudoes to all staff!

Friendly

Would be a handy cheap place to stay, but wasn't particularly cheap. The air conditioning wasn't great, and the only way to get a hot water for a drink (tea/coffee etc) was to go down and ask at reception for them to open up the breakfast area. Blob of old chewing gum on the floor, not sticky though (think been on pavement for several years). Room wasn't very big, and single chair had something sticky on it so we didn't use it. Perks wise, the staff cannot be faulted, they will do as much as possible to look after you, but both they and you deserve a better actual hotel.

Great service, comfortable bed, decent breakfast and affordable parking beneath the hotel, although very tight. Small room, we were very close to the elevator so there was a lot of noise until about 11. Then the maids started at 7 and it was noisy again. A room further from the elevator and would be advised

I would recommend the hotel, the staff were friendly and the room was good value. The only slight negative was the lack of choice at breakfast but maybe that is more French custom to have smaller breakfasts.

Le parking n'est pas tres propre. La chambre etait beaucoup trop chauffée. La chambre etait propre. Personnel adorable (reception et au petit déjeuner)

Hotel super bien placé. Parking hyper pratique surtout sur Marseille Près du vélodrome Vieux port à 20 mns à pieds Bon petit déjeuner Personnel souriant et gentil

Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Chambre fonctionnelle. Par contre l'éclairage avec des lumières à basse tension c'est vraiment nul. La chambre est très sombre. Les LED c'est bien aussi pour faire des économies d'énergie ET bien voir dans sa chambre

Climatisation inexistante tables de nuit cassées ou branlantes ménage discutable. Planche de bois comme sommier……… heureusement le personnel du petit déjeuner est très sympa…… Mais si vous pouvez éviter cet hôtel, n’hésitez pas…….
