The hotel is in a great location right in the centre of the city, with very accessible secure parking. Room was very clean and modern with a lovely bathroom.

Hotel very central with underground parking just opposite for €10 p day. However. We were not charged as blue badge holder. Rooms are small but comfy bed and adequate. Very good breakfast we travel with two n mini dachshunds and no problem taking them in.

Aside from air-conditioning (very welcome), this was not a particularly comfortable room to stay in. There was no place to put anything! There was a sort of coat rack with just a few hangers and a small shelf on top. No other shelves, no drawers, no closet; even the bedside tables were tiny. A couple of things mitigated this: a convenient location and a very nice (free) breakfast. But it's frustrating to have no place to put your belongings. We were glad we were only there for 2 nights.

Well, we wanted to stay in central Dijon and the property is perfect for that. However, we did not know there was a HUGE music festival in town. getting to the hotel was blocked at many streets and we finally found a garage a few blocks away. Fought the crowds to get to the hotel and then there was a group just in front of the hotel lobby so had to elbow our way in. Hot the fault of the hotel, we had bad timing. The restaurant Le Central was an oasis and quiet.

Excellent locations with a really good breakfast. The room was nice and comfortable. I just needed more counter space on the vanity area of the bathroom, as well in the shower.

Room too small

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The staff are rude and discourteous. We had intentionally booked a hotel with air conditioning for our personal health needs. The website lists the hotel has heating and air conditioning. However, the building did not have the cooling function on, this was not listed anywhere when booking and had never been an issue in other French hotels. We did not realize until late in the evening. At 11 pm the room was 25 degrees Celsius and very uncomfortable. We could only open the window an inch and it was incredibly loud with the street below. The front desk person was unsympathetic and quite rude, saying the ‘air was conditioned to be hot’. He refused to provide a job title when asked or his full name. Eventually, nearing midnight we were switched to a smaller room although cooler at 22 degrees and told we could be compensated in the morning.Forced to keep the window open, we had a terrible sleep due to the mechanical equipment. The morning supervisor denied the promised compensation for the room downgrade saying the room was initially upgraded which we were not told and refused to address the issues. I could go on but frankly just book the hotel across the street or an Airbnb rather than deal with such poor service and discomfort.

4 trip for business. Hotel is in excellent location for business and pleasure. Underground city parking across the street only 10 Euros per night if you arrange through the hotel. Clean, comfortable, updated, great breakfast. Needs a coffee/tea setup in room. Friendly staff. Goid stay. Have fun in Beautiful Dijon!

Pros: staff was nice and helpful, breakfast is good, location is excellent, parking is convenient Cons: no ac in the room, it was very hot and stuffy, it was quite noisy, even with the windows closed ( central location on a Saturday night), room (standard) very small, mattress is quite hard

Location is perfect. Easy to walk from the station and very central. Surprisingly quiet. Only downside was having no safe box in the room. But for a three star a great stay

Good location clean and friendly staff good breakfast. The only problem is parking .not easy to find the way to get in the parking lot

I am shocked the people rated this property as wonderful because it’s far from it. It’s old and needs updating. There’s a nightclub across the street that was extremely loud on the weekends and I could hear everything my neighbors were doing even when they flush the toilet. Basic amenities were not there: face cloths, facial tissue, easy temperature control, and ability to purchase a beverage during the day.

Small and basic room with tiny barhroom but all in all very functional, excellent location to explore historic center. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Public multistory parking lot across the street.
