Do not ever stay in this hotel. It's nothing more than a migrant doss house

Very conviennent from the motorway, good parking (no height restrictions). Two bus routes available nearby to get into town within 15 - 20 mins, (2 euros per adult). Large supermarket a short walk away. Hotel is a bit tired and scuffed but ok.

We were there for just one night and were very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast good.

In the middle of September 2020 was a really difficult time. The hotel restaurant was closed but there were good arrangements with a nearby restaurant. However, breakfast was good and crucially staff were friendly, helpful and polite. We would definitely stay again.

It was closed and no one had taken the trouble to inform me!

It was a great hotel for a stopover

Just one night on a business trip. The staff was very welcoming. The restaurant is nice and food is homely but good. I'd stay at this hotel again.

This Hotel is good value and provided the consistent service we expect from an IBIS hotel

Overall I was very satisfied. I wanted a quiet room close to the University and that was what I got. However, if you need to be close to the center, this is not the best location. Friendly service and good breakfast and most of all very quiet area, with a big shopping mall and restaurant close by.

Exceptionally helpful staff welcomed us and provided very good advice about the local area. The room while functional was extremely neat, clean and well presented with all the normal amenities. We had a very good breakfast at sensible rates and, overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ibis, Poitiers

Chambre tres propre. Nuit tres calme. Le petit déjeuner vaut vraiment le coup les produits sont tres frais et les madeleines maison extraordinaires.

Tout était parfait, personnel et accueil agréable.

La chambre était impeccable sauf l'éclairage qui était faible. Le personnel était courtois.

L'hôtel est vieillot de premier abord, et effectivement la façade et les chambres seront refaites à neuf pour 2026. En revanche, le staff est extrêmement gentil et au petit soin, c'est propre ! Le parking est autour de l'entrée de l'hôtel, pratique, et c'est TRÈS calme, aucune nuisance.Le petit dejeuner est complet, salé et sucré, viennoiseries au chaud.

Hotel avec un personnel accueillant et disponible, mais un établissement qui vit sur ses acquis. Porte de chambre avec clé, literie moyenne dans certaines chambres, chauffage type grille pain, TV pas très grande, café pas trés bon au petit déjeuner

Non tanto da dire, il solito Ibis. Le camere internamente abbastanza rinnovate mentre i corridoi soffrono ancora il tempo.
