Staff was amazing

This was an impeccable place and we loved every moment. We many times just came back to dinner in the bar. There was attention to every detail and they had the key out practically before we walked in the door. Concierge was amazing. All the staff were wonderful. I even had our clothes washed and they were ironed to perfection the next day! Chocolates on our pillows a glass dome with little treats in our room! We will always come back to Londra Palace and the Relais and Chateau’s hotel designation.

Such a beautiful property! Conveniently located. The fine linens whether in the room, bar or dining were noticeable. I didn't realize until my first morning when I woke up that the turn down service had not only closed the curtains but had closed the outside shutters. When I opened the window and the shutters, I was treated by the church bells ringing. It was magical! Staff very friendly and concierge helpful with making reservations for dinner and at a Murano glass factory. I wish we could have stayed another night!

The staff here were absolutely amazing! Our rooms were beautiful and clean. The view was spectacular. This hotel made our trip to Venice the best! The restaurant at the hotel was fabulous too!

Exceptional!

One of the worst values at any hotel ever. Charged $2,000 per night and the cleaning staff didn’t leave toilet paper when cleaning the room on 2 of 3 nights. The breakfast is pedestrian in food offering and quality and the table service was horrendous. Chef doesn’t know how to properly cook eggs.
