Reservation was at wrong quality in your site sucks using iPhone to book with never again

The young girl that was working midnight went above and beyond to help us with the AC and got it working again

I just wish the air conditioner would have stayed on because it was very loud and woke me up every time it kicked on or off.

Had a great time, staff was lovely.

Broken toilet seat and bathroom door

This hotel needs to up their game. The room was musty, beadspreads soiled, paint peeling off the door and walls, puddle of water behind the bathroom door (no one took a shower) and 5 baby roaches. We did not stay and asked for a refund.

no phone in the room for room service, limited amenities , towels, toiletries, no rugs or floor mat in the bedroom.

Smell a little

The air conditioner was broken in the first room. When they moved us to the second room, up on the 2nd floor, it was occupied by other people. The third room, back down on the ground floor, was empty so we finally were able to stay there. The staff was horribly unhelpful to the point of telling us they didn't have toilet paper for the rooms. After being promised the pool was open, we discovered they closed it to "clean" but it stayed green the entire visit.

Spots on the bed spread and the TV had to be turned off manually,the remote control was useless,but the front desk clerk did bring me a new bed spread and I slept on it but pillow cases were nasty to so I was really ready to leave but I paid for the weekend so I tough it out and the pool was going to be ready Saturday but after seeing that room and hated to return back to the room but I was so tired. I was very disappointed in my stay but the breakfast was very nice and the cook worked very hard, so good job to the cook.

You can tell they have done some renovations to this property. The room was nice, but the outside environment was so sketchy. People were constantly smoking weed outside our room and there was probably a 2 or 3 inch crack in the door, so our entire stay we wreaked of weed. I had to open the door at 5:30 in the morning to ask our “neighbors” to please quiet down because we were trying to sleep. I made the front desk aware of my complaints and they looked at me like I was the crazy one. Also, you get 2 towels and 2 rags your entire stay (we are a family of 4). We were supposed to stay 4 nights, but it was so bad we left a night early.

All was good except that the pool was "under construction for an undetermined amount of time"

When we arrived the air was turned on very cold and there was condensation on the ceiling, walls, furniture, and mirrors. The entire room was wet. There were no towels in the room so we couldn’t even wipe the moisture off to set our luggage down. There was no bag in the trash can and there was hair on the bathroom floor. Very displeased with the accommodations.

Front windows are busted, pool was closed, room had ants and a roach (only saw one). Beds were semi comfortable.

Rooms and bathroom are not clean. Rooms extremely small. The outside Hallways not clean. Spiderwebs in the room. Room lacking everything including towels and soap.

TV didn’t work and I reported it to the front desk, but it never got fixed. And killed several cockroaches in my room.
