Great value. Nice room. Convenient location.

The conditions were subpar. We asked for additional blankets and sheets they did not have any. We were told to wait until the morning. When the morning came we inquired again and was met with an abrupt “how many beds do you have? Front desk staff were professional but not friendly. Housekeeping was very friendly and polite. Bathtub was stopped up, water pooling in the tub. Extra cot very uncomfortable and was charged for cot and also charged at extra person fee. Overall not worth the money charged for the hotel.

Good AC and Breakfast was good

Room 204 AC makes a loud noise when turning on and the bathroom tub drain slowly. Overall the hotel met my needs.

We had purchased a $50 cake which requires refrigeration and gallon of milk. The frig never got cold enough despite calling the staff to assess. In the past we were provided extra plus blankets. This time they gave us uncomfortable comforters. I would have brought my own blankets had I known. I addrssed these issues when we left and was told people walked off with the nice stuff. The beds were so uncomfortable that my back hurts,

Room clean, staff very nice, air conditioning worked perfect, parking adequate but difficult to get out.

HVAC was programmed for energy saving and thermostats won’t function in room. After a couple hours programming in thermostats came back to working. Breakfast is a charge and is mediocre. Staff friendly

Much more convenient location than U anticipated. Could get everywhere I wanted to go via 240. Staff was great!

It was a one night pit stop headed to the airport. It was pleasant enough. Only negative, no vent in bathroom.

Super friendly staff! Hotel was clean, beds comfy, and constant security presence! Hotel has breakfast option but make sure it’s in your room deal! Was a little confused, but breakfast looked to have a great selection..
