Clean but a bit pricey for what it is. Area around hotel is fine but rooms are decent and staff are agreeable.

Nice shuttle driver. Fair breakfast. The carpet in the room was soaked, though, and I had wet socks until the staff suggested using the free laundry. If you're stuck here by a cancelled flight like I was, there is nothing here but a bed and a TV.

We booked five rooms to attend Police Week in Washington, D.C. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and genuinely cared about our comfort at the property. The breakfast each day was hot and delicious. They offer laundry machines on site for use by the guests and have a transportation service as well to travel to the airport or Metro station. We enjoyed our stay and plan on booking our stay here again next year. Thank you!

It was easy to get to and the kitchen was great

The hotel was very welcoming, we did a very late check in and they were very accommodating. The only problem was one of our bathrooms wasn’t flushing and they said they would tell maintenance and no one did, we left to the city and when we returned no maintenance. Our toilet was still not working. So we basically spent a whole day with a non working toilet since the person on front didn’t put in the order.

Here are some things I liked about the 2 bedroom suite: -size -layout-- two bedroom/two bathrooms -blackout curtains -free breakfast available -linens seemed clean Here are some things that need work: -strange fruity/ maybe mildewy smell when entering. Maybe due to the old carpet. - AC did not turn on appropriately - one of the bathroom sinks did not drain correctly - one of the bathroom toilets ran a bit unless you jiggled the handle -the vents in the bathrooms looked dusty, old, and gross -the toilets have not been replaced and seem very dated, but it looks like they have replaced other appliances and the bathroom sinks -the water temperature did not get hot (and this was at 6:30am on a Sunday, so it is doubtful that many people were showering at once... more likely that they just have the water heater temp set to not be able to get hot) -the doors of one of the bedrooms did not close fully -the couch had a food stain and so did one of the throw pillows. We did not eat in the room- we arrived late and left early. We were only there to sleep, shower, and then be on our way.

Room was spacious and comfortable and it’s in a good location. The only negatives are that the breakfast needs more options and the power went out for a few hours in the middle of the night .

We are family of four that was travelling voa dulles airport. This hotel had a free shuttle to airport, 5 dollar day parking ,large 2 bedroom units and free breakfast. Perfect.

It is a nice quiet place to stay. A good place for family bc they have bedrooms and a living room area.

I had stayed at Sonesta previously and recommended Sonesta for a friends trip. We found the suites very well maintained. The check-in and staff were excellent; any help we needed, they were attentive!

We liked the two bedroom, two bathroom units. Everything was clean and updated. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive. Downtown DC was also only about a 35 minute drive, which was convenient. The area was very quiet and safe.
