It was quiet. THey refused to give me a downstairs room. the concrete stairs to the second floor were very slim (not to code, I'm sure) and steep. Dangerous for older folks or children. There was no coffee in the room OR down in the lobby in the morning, which was locked up tight. The sheets didn't smell clean, and the last straw was the COCKROACH that visited me in the morning as I was getting dressed. Lots of trash blown up against the fence outside made it seem very seedy. Won't be back.

I never stayed there. They called me to CANCEL because overbooked and charged me in full anyway and now refuse to provide a refund even after hotels.com reached out to them. The manager is telling me I needed to cancel online even though they called me. She is saying no record of my credit card which isn’t true because I was charged and have all the info to prove it.

There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and all the plaster from the hole was all over the bathroom in the tub on the floor and in and on the toilet there was water dripping from the hole so I had to wrap a towel around me whenever i had to use the bathroom and the clerk at the desk wouldnt even come to the room to acess the damage she just gave me a broom that I use along with the towels that we were supposed to use after we shower to clean the mess up myself she said the mop was in another part of the hotel but she wouldnt go get it and she said there were no rags either so i had no choice but to use the shower towels i took pictures but for some reason i cant upload them here in the space allowed for pictures

This motel is located in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, there is a little strip mall with a grocery store and Restuarant. The motel is old but not run down. The clerk was friendly. I had some difficulty understanding him. His English wasn't the best, but he was genuinely nice and hospitable. The clerk showed me the room before I signed the paperwork. I was desperate because it was late, I was tired, and the previous motel that I left was worse. The room was sufficient. It didn't smell like smoke. The bathroom and vanity were clean. The beds had pillow top mattress covers which made them comfortable. The pillows were small and stuffed inside a standard pillowcase. There were no bedbugs. There was no loud noise. There was a strange man in the parking lot that I had to ignore but I wasn't afraid. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

Looked clean but we killed 3 roaches that were on the nightstand! Roaches are absolutely unacceptable! We had to keep all lights blazing all night and one of us stayed awake all night to ensure none crawled on the one sleeping. Praying none snuck in our things to go home with us. Absolutely gross and unacceptable.

DO NOT STAY HERE , it’s a dump, dirty old not a secure location, very rude and don’t speak English, I never even checked in but was charged due to hotels.com policy. Would not let me cancel and no refund. Very upset!!!!!

We booked this hotel for several of our employees whom were working in Winnsboro. This hotel had signs of bed bugs as well as all of our employees whom stayed at this location from 6/27/23-6/30/23 had visible bites all over their bodies and their luggage and belongs became infested with bed bugs. We contacted the property as well as Hotels.com to explain the situation. We advised Hotels.com to immediately removed this hotel from the site due to the conditions of the rooms . Hotels.com has yet to do so. We requested a refund for the conditions of the rooms as well as the out of pocket cost to replace employee belongs and pay for their medical attention related to the bed bugs. We have yet to hear back from the property owner. Hotels.com offered to give us a very small credit toward a future stay. We have been Gold members for years and spend a significant amount of money with Hotels.com. Hotels have a responsibility to protect against bed bugs and keep customers safe under the common law and bed bugs are a risk to the safety of guest whom stay at this hotel. We should not have to suffer losses incurred because of the negligence on the part of a hotel owner to prevent bed bugs. We have notified the appropriate agencies of this issue since the owner does not seem to care and would like to warn against others staying here so they do not have to suffer like our employees did. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!

Place clean, no pool, It was closed. at breakfast juice broken, only coffee and cereal and milk. Bed ok, clean, and AC worked. Pretty basic. Smallest bar of soap I've encountered in a hotel.

Cheap for a reason.. furniture needs replaced toilet and shower was nasty.. I had to take a shower with my shower shoes. Towels and wash clothes was old and stained. Thank goodness I had my own towel wash clothes and blanket.
