Having surgery and wanted to relax the night before and day after. Great night of sleep, wake up call on time (4:15 AM). Rooms are very quiet. Heard some talk in hallways but no noise from the next room. Every area very clean. Fantastic breakfast. I would stay there again. Friendly staff. Several places to eat within a few blocks.

The second person I encountered at the front desk, had an unpleasant attitude. he looked at me in a condescending way, I am not sure if it is because I had come from a gym workout session , if my attire was not up to par, I stood at a distance and he looked at me in a way that made me uncomfortable

The property was average but better than some jotels in the area.

I like everything! Of course, in need of minor maintenance needed on entry door hinges and bathroom door hinges! (on room 230)

Everything was good.

Room 229 the toilet in the room was running on and off all night. They are doing some kind of construction so it was a little noisy. I believe if we were on the opposite side of where the construction was, it would have been better. While trying to get breakfast, it was packed with people and you could not get anything to eat. Other than that it was fine

Staff was friendly, great atmosphere

We requested an accessible room. It was provided but instead of a walk in shower it had a bathtub. As I was told, some of the accessible rooms have tubs and others have walk in showers. That’s what was needed but in making the reservation there was no option to request the walk in rather than the tub. A bathroom with a tub is not accessible to many handicapped people.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had so far! Staff is super friendly and helpful, room was squeaky clean!!! Breakfast was also good! Definitely staying here again if I’m back. 10/10!!!

Location to Turnpike was great.

I traveled from VA and arrived before check in time. I always able to check in when I arrived with no problems. Breakfast was amazing. This place is also kid friendly. I loved it !!

The property condition was not good. The ceiling and walls were not in good condition; the lamp had no bulb, rail noise was coming in, and the heater had noise to irritate

No tea bags in room. Room too dusty.

Hotel couldn't find my reservation from Hotals.com. Put me in the system as a walk in, now my card has been charged twice,never again with you Hotel.com and never again with the Hampton ! Rude and ignorant check in clerks!

Nice quiet hotel. Needs a little TLC inside but very comfy. Staff was grand.

The hotel was clean, and the people at the front desk were very kind. I loved the little snack shop they had by the front desk that had drinks, beer, and snacks. The game shop was a little run down, but it was big. The breakfast that was included was very nice and had a large selection. The complimentary 24/7 coffee and the weekend evening popcorn was a nice touch too. And the toiletries smelled absolutely amazing.

Quick check in and quiet stay. The facility was very nice and clean with 24/7 coffee. The only issue was that the toilet wouldn’t flush since the internal arm had rusted off the chain. Otherwise a good visit.
