the motel was nice. there was no coffee maker or clock in the room. ptice and location was good

Looks like they are remodeling. The bathroom was in great shape and the bedroom had nice carpet.

Convenient it was close to everything!

Room clean but had smell, same weird smell in halls. Air conditioner started falling out the wall by the end of our trip. Breakfast was fine!

Very nice people very polite and amazing place to stay

The property was average at best. Facilities had a horrendous odor problem in the hallway that never got mitigated throughout my stay.

Hotel has eating options all around. It’s not far from the outlet mall. The beds are comfortable.

The facility is nice. It’s pet friendly so they really need to take the carpet out. Our tv had been unplugged. The clerk rushed up to fix it. We were only there one night got there late and left early.

It was a good time. The sheets weren't changed, and we stayed for 3 nights.

Truly a horrible place.

Didn't like seeing trash overflowing & needed to use lobby restroom door way blocked for a long time

Add eggs..and a meat to breakfast please...and pay more attention to the cleanliness of the hall way nooks..

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The facility in its own isn't terrible but there were stains on the bedding the walls had some form of foreign material everywhere. Stains on the headboard and the place smelled heavily of marijuana. If you don't get to breakfast in the first hour don't plan on eating anything warm.

Staff seems to be limited. No one is maintaining this property well. Saw a few death bugs around. Bug in my shower. I would not go back to this Clarion Pointe. It is not okay for a hotel to smell like cigarettes and weed. The front desk staff was nice. Very accommodating, and they are doing the best they can. But, Clarion needs to get the place cleaned up and fix all broken air condition units. The AC units roar like freight trains. Will never stay at another Clarion property.
