Nice and friendly staff.

When we got to the room, there were dead bugs around the room. The room itself was small and only has two full beds. The bathroom was tiny and had no fan. We were supposed to stay two nights. We were going to rough it out, but after being gone all day, we got back to our room and it had not been cleaned. We had no clean towels. All of our dirty wet towels were still piled on the bathroom floor. We had nothing on our door to indicate we didn’t want our room cleaned. We decided to pack up and leave early to stay elsewhere.

The workers were very polite and the breakfast was nice.

The staff is amazing. I feel like i am a VIP at a Hilton in Chicago. Simply wonderful. Everyone here seems happy to be here. Give them all a bonus. 😉

Everything we needed for a quick overnight stay

Room was clean, free breakfast, in a nice area, walkable to nearby restaurants.

The area was beautiful. The toilet and floor was dirty. Bathtub was dirty with dust. In between the wall and air conditioner needed swept. The tv area was dirty between the refrigerator.

Great computer center. Very private. Staff was so cheerful and helpful, especially Ebony and Angel and ... Well all the rest whose names I do not know. Didn't disturb me in my room. Really appreciated that. May be back.

The staff at check in and out are rude

The guys that helped at front desk was very nice.

Management has apparently established a smoking area adjacent to the covered unloading area. There are two urns and 3-4 lawn chairs that encourage smokers at that location. Consequently, I had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke several times on the way to my car. I'll stay elsewhere in the future.

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was extremely dirty. We had to change rooms because the bathroom in our original room had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests and the towels had visible stains. The second room wasn’t much better. The carpet was covered in stains, and the bed sheets were also stained, which made it hard to feel comfortable. We’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns before and have never had an experience like this. This stay was very disappointing and did not meet the standards we’ve come to expect from the brand

We stayed at the property 6 nights and had our room cleaned only once.

Rooms are okay, not the cleanest but not the worst. Staff is okay, some are friendly. They do like to charge random amounts at random times though!

I love the staff. Always super nice especially Dee.
