Had to leave because there were weaker in the parking lot. Wasn’t safe to leave our van. Told us we would get a refund and didn’t.

Got deposit held because they said holes were from Andrew. He had a very small over night bag. And he left quickly because he was very ill.

not safe, too noisy

The place was rated 6.4 and durring my stay it went down to 4.8. Stay was cheap. If you like drug users and zombies then this is your place. Staff did not care about us.

Quiet, comfortable, , centrally located.

Do not stay here it’s in a horrible location the property is disgusting. The pictures of the hotel are not current so do not stay here.

As a single traveler who was looking for a place to spend two nights on a budget, this place delivered. The doors locked. The A/C worked. It was clean.

I wouldn’t recommend this property , it looked nice in the photos but the people that LIVE here are your neighbors. There some very sketchy people living here. The bathroom were dirty like there was poop on the tub . Stains all over the sheets and towel I was walking barefoot to the bed and stepped on glass .

When I checked in, the front desk asked for my ID, which is standard and expected. However, I was surprised when they also insisted on seeing my wife's ID before issuing a second room key, even though I explained she was in the car taking care of our baby. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel requiring ID for a second adult guest in order to provide an additional key. We stayed for two nights as a family, but the room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We were also provided with insufficient towels for two adults, and I noticed dead bugs in the room, suggesting it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Additionally, a tile at the entrance to the bathroom was loose and made a loud creaking noise, as if it might break under pressure. They had a morning breakfast, but I did not eat. I made the booking through Hotels.com. Giving free breakfast was not mentioned when i booked. Overall, I expected better cleanliness and service for a multi-night family stay.

There were roaches in our room. We had to share with the roaches! Uncomfortable unable to sleep!

Very very very very very bad experience

We ended up not staying after seeing the stains on the sheets and comforters. Very gross. The front desk was very nice and helpful.

No drinking cups, one towel hanging on a shower, bed okay, rest of the room very spartan. Had to have a new key to get in and had to push on the door hard as well. Left a day early and haven't received a refund for the second day.

This place is filthy. Whole heartedly, especially if you have kids, DON’T stay here. The floors leave your feet black after just 10 minutes. Our chairs had makeup foundation all over them, there was a COCKROACH in our bed, red liquid running down the side table that hadn't been thoroughly wiped. There was a burn hole in our comforter, covered by the top sheet, and there was literally nowhere clean to go except the bed. If you were alone or a couple, could probably get through your stay gritting your teeth, but as a family with kids, we left promptly. And even after all these things wrong, they’re refusing refund.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Upon entering the room there was a smell of I wasn't sure at the time but turned out to be refrigerant. The refrigerator didn't work, actually blew out and filled the air with carbon dioxide on the second day. The bed sheets had eyelashes that didn't belong to me in between the sheets and the bathroom was not very clean. There were supposed to be accommodations for two but there was only one towel supplied. The Wi-Fi was spotty it kept kicking me off. There was no telephone in the room. The floor had not been mopped in sometime because there was broken glass in the corner which I cut my foot on. The property States no checkins after midnight but the room next to me was rented out about 2:00 a.m. and the occupants were noisy in every way possible till about 5 in the morning. I paid for breakfast but found out the very first morning that there was no breakfast provided. I had requested a pool and the pool at this hotel was used for storage it was drained out and graffitied and it looked like homeless people had been living in it. The manager was very rude as I was walking around the property looking at the pool he told me I didn't belong there. And upon check out he told me never to come back to the property or he would call the police I didn't understand that either. Overall I would never stay there nor suggest place to anyone.For the most part all the other employees were great, despite everything.

Unpleasant place to stay

SHOULD BE CLOSED! BLOOD, URINE, HAIR, BUGS INSIDE OF THE ROOMS. DO NOT STAY HERE

Their phone line was not plugged in so I wasn’t able to contact the hotel directly with a question prior to my visit. The front desk rep fixed the phone issue right away upon my arrIval & I made him aware of the problem. He was professional, friendly and informative with my check-in. He changed my room because the originally assigned room smelled of heavy weed. The new room was much better but didn’t have any toilet paper.

The entire property is supposed to be smoke-free. When I entered my assigned room it had clearly been recently smoked in. In addition to that, the bedspread was visibly very dirty, with multiple shoe prints and unidentifiable stains. I went back to the front desk and they immediately accommodated moving me to a different room. The door handle on that room wasn’t working, so I had to go back down to the front desk and ask for assistance. They promptly called maintenance and repaired the handle so I could enter the room. That room smelled clean. The bedspread had one small stain in a corner, but it appeared very old, so I let it be. A short while later I realized the room did not have any towels. The rooms did not have phones so I had to walk down to the front desk to ask for towels. They said they would send some up. About thirty minutes later the front desk clerk delivered the towels. When I went to get into the bed I realized the sheets were also stained. It was late and I was tired, so I just slept wrapped in my own blankets. In the morning I went to check on breakfast. The juice dispenser was out of order and the mini fridge was empty. The only options appeared to be a few slices of bread, and two types of cereal. I decided to get breakfast elsewhere. I will not be returning.

We did not stay. No elevator no rooms on ground floor.
