Good ac would have been nice

The location was very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the kinda staff and getting to explore the parks near the property.

Had an issue with ants in my room. Didn’t have another room available until next day. I can’t see this being an issue based on other reviews. Only stayed for the day since we couldn’t sleep there

Hotel is well situation and room was a nice size for London. But we had no hot water for almost the entirety of our stay which wasn't communicated to us at all until we asked about it and overall, that was very disappointing. We took cold showers after walking around a sweltering London all day.

Malay restaurant very good

There was nothing not to love about this hotel! The location is perfect, the hotel staff is very helpfull, the lobby nice and spacious, and the room was spacious, clean and so, so comfortable! I would absolutely recommend it!!

Great customer service. Air wasn’t working well in original room, they immediately moved me.

Room was lovely but didn’t like the stairs. Aircon wasn’t working ; we were offered another room but decided to stay because there was an electric fan

Great service and experience

We loved our stay at the Park City Grand Kensington! Isaac at the front desk was so nice and cheery; and our room was a great size for four people. Ample space for us to move around and get ready, though we weren’t in the room for much time. The building is old, as are most 8! The area, but the amenities and room itself wasn’t bad. No problems with cleanliness or smell. Overall, a great stay and would come back!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and located in a nice area and very close to public transportation. The room was spacious. The bed was uncomfortable and in need of being replaced.

Restaurant in hotel is fabulous! Walkable, but out of area of everything. Reception isnt very personable but helpful

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The first room we were assigned to didn't have working A/C. The staff was accommodating and quickly assigned us to a different room. The facility was clean and easy to find. It's located within walking distance to public transportation. Would recommend.

Very clean and wel maintained. Froedly and helpful lstaff. Excellent food in the restaurant - both breakfaast and dinner.Very good gym with wide range of facilities - though treadmill needed some attention.
