Fantastic stay Berlin at this historic hotel that felt almost brand new. Loved all the dark wood in our room. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were very engaging and a joy to interact with. Loved the location right next to the Brandenburg Gate. Close to all forms of public transportation.

The Adlon Kempinski hotel is exquisite. Its location can’t be beat. The Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag are literally right outside the hotel. Our room was well furnished and it had everything that we needed. The decor in our room was just as beautiful as the rest of the hotel. We had an amazing breakfast upstairs with a beautiful view of the American Embassy and the Brandenburg Gate. The staff is what makes this hotel superb from the doormen, the receptionist, concierge, housekeeping, bartenders, and the lady-in-red. We stayed there for five days and we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to visit the Adlon Kempinski again.

Excellent hotel and charming staff. Facilities great and well maintained. Superb location both for walking and the transport network. Breakfast is exorbitantly expensive but very good - be hungry or get it outside!

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Staff is very accommodating. Restaurant food was delicious and bar service second to none. Location perfect.

We noticed in the lounge area that the staff discriminate against english speaking guests as far as seating is concerned - it happened 3x during our 5 days stay. Also in breakfast room some of the staff was rude and spoiled the day for us. Concierge were excellent and reception too. Wonderful classy hotel and a pity some staff can ruin it for one. Will not stay there again because of staffing issues.

Terribly old hotel, was put in the residence which is extremely dated and extremely far from the reception and faces an internal courtyard with no light. Curtains didn’t close and AC didn’t work. They have a cassette player

Great business facilities. Great in room bar choices. Exteremly pleasant and great location.

What a gigantic disappointment. This hotel seems to have been last renovated on the 1980s. It is shabby, dirty, run down and completely outdated. The room is ho-hum . The bedroom chairs were so worn that the arms actually had holes in the fabric, and rubbed in dirt all over the chairs, the bathroom was tiny and really cheaply made. The bed super uncomfortable. Th TV remote control was so cheap that we could not even read the letters on it. The tv dido not work for the 2 nights we were there. The phone charging contraption near the bed never worked. It had 2 charger cords each 5 inches long. Neither worked and the instructions for the silly device were written in microscopic letters , impossible to read and in german. The staff is hopeless and unhelpful. This entire place needs a major major renovation. It is like staying in a 1985 hotel on the 21st century . Frustrating and awful .
