Everything ok Great breakfast

The reservation clerk was friendly and helpful…she gets 19 stars along with the lady that prepared the breakfast buffet. The low rating is due to upper management not fixing and updating property. Each drawer in our wardrobe was broken water faucet in bathroom sink was not attached, TP holder was disgusting and we literally had a half fill of TP

The property was pretty run down and not very clean. The staff was very nice.

Everything was real clean

No hot water for bath or shower. Not hotels fault due to gasoline failure, however, I feel there still should have been some sort of adjustment. It wasn't my fault either and not all I paid for.

The property, the room, the accommodations in the room were all out dated/ old. The knob to the restroom was not screwed in properly. The sheets and curtains were old with holes in them. The fridge seemed not be working correctly. On a positive note check in and out was easy.

When searching hotels in the area, I chose "ELEVATOR" and this hotel came up and I chose it based on this. When arriving at the Hotel, there was No Elevator. I did the same search this morning and it states this Hotel has an Elevator. This should be fixed on Hotels.com. Hotel was OK - not a big fan of old carpet. Had a very good breakfast and staff was very nice.

The staff were absolutely wonderful! Breakfast was great. Out dated and REALLY needs a good cleaning!!

I usually stay here when I travel for the Mississippi State football games. Good price, comfortable bed, great location in reference to shopping, dining, and interstate access. Breakfast is decent. Staff is friendly. The parking lot is very well lit.

Despite decent reviews, the room we were given was horrible. We noticed it was a bit dirty, but after 5 days in the car we were wrecked and too tired to move all of our stuff to another room. We discovered that our feet had turned black from walking on the carpet, there was at least one wet spot on the carpet and we started wearing shoes to avoid finding more. The tile floor had clearly not been cleaned properly in quite some time as the corners were sticky, brown and dirty. The sink hadnt even been wiped down since at least the last guest because there were nail clippings on the ledge. The sheets had multiple birnholes in them. The comforter was old and yellowed, tearing in some spots and stained with something dark and crusty. There was crumbs/debris in the drawers whichclearly hadnt been wiped out... As a housekeeper myself, this was a failing on many levels. I felt gross for having stayed there, and wasnt willing to eatthe breakfast after i saw how badly the housekeeping was done & managed.
