The front desk staff was not friendly at all. They assigned us a room on the 8th floor for our first night, despite our prior request for something different. The following morning, the hallway on the 8th floor had a strong smell of marijuana smoke, even though we had specifically requested a non-smoking room. When we raised our concerns, a gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic and moved us to a room on the 12th floor, but unfortunately, the view was still quite poor, facing a parking garage. I had read that bookings through Traveloka included all charges, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The Sahara Hotel charged us an additional $50 per night, totaling an extra $250 for our stay. On a positive note, we appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, although the amenities were lacking; the body soap and shampoo were of poor quality. It wasn't until our third night that we received body soap. There was no hot drinking water available in the room. For a simple place to sleep, the Sahara is relatively acceptable. It does offer free parking, and there's a monorail station nearby.

Lovely hotel! We got a free room upgrade to a suite. Excellent location with free parking & access to the monorail for the rest of the strip. Rooms were spotless & staff was super helpful. Highly recommended! Even with the resort fee it is still super affordable for the 5 star experience we received.

Marra king room is beautiful and clean and the service was great.

I booked for “W Hotel” but when I arrived in Las Vegas, following the address, it turned out that “W Hotel is no longer there, and I m placed at “Sahara Hotel”, an old hotel. The other thing is I have to pay “resort fee” daily, which is quite pricey. This was never informed when I paid on site. I was expecting what I paid is nett with no additional cost.

Had the Marra Room. Room was clean, service was good and food was affordable (Comparing to Vegas standards today) and good. They had really soft bed so for older customers it would mean back pain. One thing that misses the mark is the Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is really slow and at times not even working (Could not even open Whatsapp). Overall still an enjoyable stay for my business trip.
