Loved the pond and walking area!

Clean, quick checkin, easy parking, good breakfast options (wish was included).

Nicer than expected.

The room smells a little bit stale. And there were very loud, noisy people in the hallway, even though science posted to keep it quiet after 10 PM.

I should probably not have booked this hotel. I expected it to be a business hotel, which is not what we normally are looking for. It was a little more than the hotels we usually stay at, but it had a restaurant and a gym, and we did end up using both of those. It just seemed as if whatever I asked about cost more than we had already paid. Charging for parking in a huge outdoor parking lot with a couple of hundred empty spaces seemed over the top. $21.95 PP for a buffet breakfast that was not very different from a typical Hampton Inn or La Quinta, seemed excessive to me. Probably no more busness hotels for me.

Good amenities, pool and workout area. Disappointed with the wi-fi connection.I had to join Bonvoy to use the wi-fi and I still could not connect. No wi-fi for my stay😒 Brianna at the front desk was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I live locally and miss the spa. It was really great in the day.

For the price of the room I was expecting more. For breakfast you had to get the paid buffet. No other options. The coffee machine in the lobby was out of service. No oat milk at the restaurant for those allergic to nuts and dairy. The event sit down meal was ok but that's it. The room overlooking the pool was noisy. The front desk staff were friendly and prompt.
