The location of the hotel is probably the best in town, just a few steps from the Alcazar, on top of the city. The views we got from the balcony of our room at dawn and sunset were spectacular, among the best views we had in our 19-days vacation. And the interior elements evoke a medieval feel I felt in love with.

In a very convenient location for the old town and frequent buses to the wider area. The room was excellent with a modern bathroom and good heating (which was good as the weather was cold). Large selection of breakfast food. A very atmospheric hotel with lots of suits of armour and swords in the public areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel in a good location. Bed was comfortable (even with a bit cracking noise 🫣). Check in was smooth and a room not ready was immediately compensated with two free breakfast. The hotel is very nicely decorated and breakfast area feels like dining in an old castle. Just like you should when visiting an old town like this.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Toledo. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and loved the breakfast room! Location of hotel was so convenient for our short stay in Toledo.

Perfect location! Great breakfast. Beds were very comfy. We travel with our small dog and the staff were very accommodating, yet we never felt hovered over.
