The hotel itself is alright. Nothing stands out as wonderful or horrible. Clean enough, nice enough people. But the "regular" rooms are tiny. And the beds were so incredibly UNCOMFORTABLE. None of us got much sleep. There isn't enough parking in the parking lot for the rooms in the hotel. Also the air conditioner ran the entire time we were there and never was able to cool the room down to 70 degrees. Altogether, a very uncomfortable stay.

Good location to downtown KC. Close to freeway. Quiet area near family restaurants. Breakfast was good with hot and cold choices. Room was clean. Would stay again if in the KC area.

Property is ready for some updates … old carpets etc … but staff was very kind and it was mostly clean , breakfast was good 👍

This review is for a Standard Room, 2 Queen Beds - 1 adult, 1 teen and 1 child – 2 Night Stay (July 8 – 10, 2025). The location is good, very close to IKEA and there’s a Denny’s next door. The room was quiet, staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking is a bit compact. There were no USB outlets in the room! I’m sad to report that the Wi-Fi was very poor for us. The beds were springy and uncomfortable. Small dated bathrooms, we had to hold down the lever on the toilet for it to flush. Rainfall shower head – great water pressure and honestly one of the best things about this place. The hot tub and indoor pool were wonderful. No vending machines, prices on the snack bar are a bit pricey for convenience. Breakfast buffet: Biscuits and gravy, Sausage patties, Country fries, Fluffy eggs. They do have a pancake maker. It was a nice variety and quite filling. I booked this hotel for the hot tub/indoor pool and hot breakfast. Overall hotel was nice but doubtful we’d return for another stay.

Just a note room 221. Tack strip exposed from carpet coming out of the bathroom. Very painful when I stepped on it.

We stay at this same hotel everytime we come for our medical appointment. Always very, very clean. It has great amenities close by and close to our appointments. Had a little trouble with the room cooling off but are planning to stay here on our next trip for sure .

Pet friendly, breakfast buffet, 24hr fitness room, function hot tub, plenty of area's to walk the dogs, 4-5 miles from wesrport & camp bow wow.

Everything was new and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

Spur of the moment get away, this was best choice ever! Hot tub was totally amazing, big pool the water temp was perfect for both ! , snack shop in lobby was loaded ( best idea ever) and the breakfast was so good, great choices … we will def sneak away to this wonderful get away place very soon thank you to all the staff for the hospitality and the care you take of this hotel is amazing kudos to you all!

Enjoyed the property, it had a good breakfast. Could use more parking spaces but that’s okay.

Michael was very friendly when we checked in, the rooms were cleaned, they really didn't have enough parking, very nice breakfast included meat, potatoes,and even shredded cheese and salsa along with a few choices for juice coffee bagels cereal and pancakes- all the goodies. Hot tub was hot in the Jets worked the water in the pool looked a little cloudy.

The room was hot no matter how I adjusted the air!!
