Staff friendly but the pet owners who live there need to pick up after their pets who potty in parking lot

The staff is excellent.

Our room was given away, they put 3 adults in a king size bed; they said there was a couch in the room but no couch. They had no other rooms to give us. There seemed to be black spots on the shower ceiling and the towels were dirty. Homeless people hanging around the grounds. I was hoping they would give us a discount for giving our room away, but no such luck.

The room smells as cigarettes, sheets dirty, no crib or continental breakfast as was offered on the site. This hotel has a lot of homeless living in. Unsafe for families, you can heard people talking outside of the rooms, elevator looks disgusting. Batroom dirty. This is the worst hotel, I stayed. At 6am, i wake up my children and left in a hurry. Girls at front desk were really polite and kindness.

This property is a s*** hole. No breakfast, deadbolt didn’t work, shower ran constantly, no lamps. Walkways and stairs were filthy. Room was filthy with hair all over the bathroom floor. Walls were filthy. The place was a dump. They advertise breakfast, but there was none.

Room doors repeatedly did not open with electronic keys and they tried to blame. No regular coffee one am and the helpful desk clerk said we ha have decaf. Zero stars. Also found homeless guy sleeping on stairs last night. Last renovated in the 90s.

Looked unsafe , dogs allowed not issue but dog poop in parking lot and grass. Loud music and noisy. Was going to stay 2 nights but moved to the Sands hotel for 2nd night.

I loved the size of the room and the table and chairs they had in it i was sad that the room had a bathtub but it was in desperate need of replacing!

This hotel is very run down. The tub had no enamal left on it and could not be cleaned. The shower did not work and the water in the hot tub ran constantly. Many tbings in the room were broken and were dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable but the pillows were not. We were concerned about going out at night in the neighborhood to get something to eat so we just stayed in.

I felt very unsafe at this hotel, so did not stay here. I would likle a refund from hotels.com, but cannot figure out a way to contact you!!

Great hotel, clean, good on prices, just need to keep little bit more quiet, sometimes people play loud gangsters music next doors
