Quiet hotel, nice area

I didn't like having to change rooms because of watet problems.

This hotel primarily caters to construction workers, truck drivers, and their families. Unfortunately, the positive reviews that convinced me to reserve my stay there were disheartening and confusing at best. The property feels outdated and poorly maintained. While housekeeping did their best with what they have to work with, my room was far from clean or comfortable. I didn’t encounter any bedbugs, but the overall condition—particularly the microwave, the single thin, stained, and flimsy bedsheets and blanket, and the multiple layers of peeling paint—left much to be desired. The staff was friendly and genuinely helpful, which I appreciated, but their kindness couldn’t make up for the general lack of cleanliness. The atmosphere felt worn and grimy, and the presence of long-term residents was obvious. Strong, pungent food odors and the smell of marijuana lingered in the air while barefoot children ran up and down the steps late into the night. I didn’t feel entirely safe or at ease during my stay. If a full refund had been possible, I would have chosen to leave.

The beds were nasty. We had to go buy our own sheets, blankets and pillows.

The hotel was not too bad. Staff was really nice. We had a non smoking room but we could still smell cigarette smoke really bad. It gave us headaches. Convenient and close to everything.

This place smelled and was filthy. The lock on the main door was broken. The shower was dirty and the carpet was disgusting. No human being should be subjected to such deplorable conditions.

Easy access. Clean. Breakfast good.

Not happy with overall conditions

This was by far the grossest hotel I’ve even stayed in. The room was so dirty and disgusting. There was stuff dripping from the walls everywhere.

Close to the interstate . Room was clean, AC/Heat worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff here is great! The room was average, internet wouldn't stay on. Smoke alarm was missing, no hook on the bathroom door to hang anything on, the tissue cover was rusted. Mopboard looked untouched for quite a while, stains on the mattress cover. Breakfast is minimal, juice was watered down. For an extra $30 you could get far better at the Holiday Inn Express up the road, buffet breakfast included.

The hotel itself was ok definitely paid for what we got. The staff was nice and welcoming. Thankfully we were not there more than just overnight. The bedsheets were all stained and/or had holes. We had two tiny bath towels for 3 people in one room and a dirty bath towel left behind the door before our arrival. Wyndham has to do better!

The sheets had hair and had stains. I couldn’t stay in that filthy place. Orbitz should take this hotel from their list of hotels.

The rooms smelled horrible like stale urine, the sheets had stains, and they jacked the prices up after the storm, taking advantage of people suffering. Wyndham should be shamed to be associated with this hotel

It smelled, dirt on over the floor and bathtub.

Noisey. Other than that it was average accept help was very good.

Staff was exceptionally professional, helpful & courteous
