Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and great location to access sites around Prague easily.

Loved the ambience of this hotel, and the location was so central to a lot of great places. The staff were friendly and they made sure to have gluten free bread available to me for the continental breakfast each morning. They were also quite knowledgeable about what else was gluten free aside from the provided bread.

Milk was not replaced. I like to make a cup of tea in the mornings before breakfast. I could have rung room service but you are busy with breakfast in the morning. Mini bar was replaced. Toilet paper & tissues were rough. For the money you could afford softer tissues. No bath mat replaced so we used hand towel. Staff nice.

Almost everything at hotel is 5 star, but not the rooms. They are tiny and a little outdated.

Very well located. Nice quiet room. Good spa facilities. Excellent breakfast. Great staff.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast

This was an amazing place, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the room was so spacious, warm and a large bathroom. The buffet breakfast is served in a beautiful dining area. If you want a bit of luxury conveniently placed to the centre square and clock , highly recommended.

Han at the bar was awesome. Get an espresso martini and watch the show he puts on.

Beautiful room with view over old town. Helpful staff. Best art nouveau decoration in Pague. We had stayed at this hotel in 1971 during dreary communist years. It was a delight to see it returned to its original glory.

Very nice staff. Beautiful breakfast. Clean. Rooms are small as I would expect in a large city, but nice. Wish they put a bottle of water in the room !!

This is a beautiful hotel from the early 1900s—our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent—plenty of options. The staff was so helpful with anything we needed. Best of all, it is just a few minutes walk to the main square in Old Town, and about 20 minutes to the Charles Bridge.
