Old world charm, great staff, lovely restaurant. Highly recommend! And if you are a light sleeper, one of the quietest hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

Beautiful building, nicely decorated, great breakfast, great location. Excellent service. Only thing we had an issue was the WIFI was not very reliable. And the door to the room did not close properly had to push on it to open it and to close it.

Magical place. If you want to have the full Prague experience this is your hotel !!!

Nice room, warm, great location A 15-min walk from the tourist attractions - would recommend. Though, I don't know if this is a Prague thing, but there wasn't any complementary water for at least night 1. There is a supermarket a few mins away but we only discovered that on day 2.

Loved this property. The onsite breakfast, spa facilities, and room were amazing. Staff was very accommodating and kind, and the restaurant next door is great.

The hotel was very nice, with friendly and helpful staff, nice clean rooms and a good breakfast bar. The main issue was the poor quality of the bed which was lumpy and uncomfortable, combined with the high level of street noise and the very warm room (even with the heating turned off) resulting in a poor nights sleep every night which effectively ruined the holiday.

The perfect base for any stay in Prague. Easy walk to old town centre. Great room, facilities and staff. Highly recommend.

Perfect central location. Excellent amenities including breakfast, gym and spa. Just wondering the halls to view the artwork was an activity in itself.

Just beautiful

Beautiful hotel in a great location of old town Prague. Old world charm, comfortable bed, cozy linens and beautiful decor. There was a delicious breakfast and lovely cafe for a nice snack or dessert. I would highly recommend this spot to most people, the only challenge I could see is stepping in and out of the tub which was was pretty high, if you have any concern I would call the hotel to see about a more accessible option. Overall this hotel is exceptional!

This hotel is gorgeous. The breakfast is delicious and has excellent options. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It is luxurous. The bed was so comfortable.

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were excellent. I had two concerns, check when air conditioning and or heat is on. Pending time of year you go. The tub is very high, some rooms have a walk in shower. If these two items are a concern email the hotel.

All of the staff were amazing! Especially the front desk and breakfast area staff. I loved my room - it was a great size with a sitting area and desk; and, the bathroom was very clean too. The location was perfect as it was close enough to walk everywhere but not in the busiest section of the old town. I will return!!
