Staff is amazing and so accommodating! Beautiful hotel and surroundings.

Close to all things UNC

Room phone did not work all week. I could not reach the front desk or concierge. Wake up did not work and almost missed the plane. Sent engineer dept twice and did not work. I travelled alone and very uncomfortable. Admin. said it is o k if I write a poor review since it would not affect them. Also, drawers had a terrible odor and I had to wash everything when I arrived home. A pretty place with uncaring mgt. So disappointed. I need to return and now have to find another place to stay.

The Carolina Inn is amazing. The service we received was beyond what we expected. We would definitely go back.

We were here for campus tour and The Carolina Inn feels like boutique hotel with rich history, fabulous decor, lovely restaurant and adorable coffee shop! Definitely will be back!

First time being in North Carolina for my husband to enjoy seeing UNC and this might be the best hotel we ever stayed. Good vibes and good people we encountered.

Solid property in the heart of Chapel Hill. This was a family trip with teenagers and 2 nights / days was enough to explore. Hotel has an excellent restaurant onsite too.
