The place has becoming dated. Needs upgrades. The toilet paper is a prime example. How hard is it to supply decent toilet paper? I defy anyone who reads this to try it. Just once. you will agree

This property is extremely convenient to downtown Charleston yet out of the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel is in a wonderful area with a great pool. The harbor side is in need of some updating and maintenance.

We had a great stay. Room was clean and comfortable. People at desk were very friendly and helpful with various information. My only minor complaint is a plea to update the toilet paper being used in the rooms.

The bathrooms need updating, faucets leak and low shower pressure. The use of an automated beach towel dispenser that records if you don't return it, then charges you $25 is so petty. So tribal an item that would deter from coming back during pool season.

The resort was beautiful with great pools, fire pits marina water view, and the best sunsets. Close to food options.

Great location. Immaculate property with shuttle transportation to Charleston. Love the coffee station. We will be back!

The only thing i did not like was that our credit card was hacked right after our visit and the bartenders add their own gratuity.. i tip well and wld prefer the opportunity.

Front desk staff are absolutely stellar The Resort is Amazing!

Room was clean with a great view but needed some maintenance. We had trouble with the shower but they did compensate us. We didn’t have a balcony but still had a slider with a screen so we could enjoy fresh air and view of the harbor. The property was very walkable and enjoyed small beach with chairs on the harbor.

Always enjoy staying here. The rooms are amazing. The amenities are great and it’s nice to just stay in the resort and be able to eat and do what you wanna do without having to travel far.

This location was not a bad choice but left something to be desired. The room was very small; the condition of the room and bathroom needed some upgrades and some work. The free coffee was decent and sadly nothing was offered with the coffee. The Fish store was ok but way overpriced, both for dinner and for the morning brunch. The brunch was very unimaginative. My wife had seen avocado toast but there was none when we had breakfast there. While we will certainly go back to Charlston, we're not sure we would stay here again.

Love how close it was to historic Charleston. I also got a massage and it was amazing, highly recommend.

For the amount of money spent I was so disappointed by the experience. Front desk staff was nice. The amount of fees held for a two night stay in a room with basic cable , walls super thin I could hear the people next to me having sex, there was hair and dirt in the tub (thank goodness house keeping cleaned it for me ) . I grabbed a drink from the tiki bar. The bartenders made eye contact but didn't want to serve me and when they did it was not friendly or engaging like they were with other people . I would not recommend a person of color to go to this hotel No updates not worth the Money

Extra $235 resort fee for a 3-night stay. Very disappointed.

This property is on the harbor with beautiful views of the sailboats and cargo ships passing through. It’s amazing to see. The grounds and the hallways were very clean, as was the room. Restaurants on site and bars, a little pricey for drinks and food. Walk to the gift shop and to get the ferry, which will take you to Charleston or you can ride all day $17.00 There is a long boardwalk that is peaceful to walk. I would definitely recommend this place. AND they allow PETS 🐶❤️
