Restaurant are rip offs, staff are nice but some are condescending, good part of hotel is still under construction, just underwhelming overall, we will not revisit again and would not recommend this hotel to any others.

Restaurant on site was a great experience. Pool and breakfast buffet were highlights. Very pushy about selling timeshares. Left a bad taste in our mouths.

Excellent room with fantastic ocean view. Ongoing construction of the main garden and new restaurant is extremely noisy. Wish we knew this before booking. Also, main entrance to the complex from the highway lacks lighting and it is on a dangerous bend.

Clean and easy to get to

The pools were great and clean. The property is difficult to maneuver as there are multiple levels and the pools are on the very bottom or top. Food choices are limited as there are three restaurants at the property and you cannot walk to anything else Ubers and taxis work fine. There is NO beach access to water. You can sit on the beach but the water is off limits and very dangerous. The property is beautiful, but I wanted a beach property and this isn’t it.

The biggest lie of this hotel is that it is along a beach but you are not allowed or able to swim. Most of the pools in the hotel are for specific guests that normal guest do not have access to. Very limited pool options. The hotel was in renovation in several locations and very very noisy.

This is an amazing property. Love the architecture and overall property design. Kudos for making everything handicap accessible. My villa was fantastic. The ocean views are amazing (saw whales a number of times. Pools are spacious and great. Contina restaurant has great food. Was a little noisy due to construction (be aware but it didn't change my rating). Beach is great although water is only swimmable by strong, experienced swimmers. Overall, definitely a 6 star experience.

It was so clean and Beautiful. I did pay for ocean view, didn’t get that. There was trees in the way, when I asked to get moved they claimed it was fully booked. There was no way it was booked, there was only a handful of people on the property.

Comfortable, friendly staff, good amenities and awesome use of layout/space of rooms. Downside: beach front of hotel non-swimable, prices at hotel’s convenience store extremely overpriced and hotel hit us with an “environmental daily fee” not stipulated upon booking.

When I arrived, they kept referring to me as Expedia. Unfortunately, this is timeshare, so their members get the best rooms. My first room was a ground level ADA room tucked in the corner. I had to stand on my toes on the 3x5 patio to see the water. They told me all of their rooms are classified as “ocean view balcony”. I told them in the US, we consider the room a ground floor terrace with a patio. The birds nest in the tree had a better view than I did. After 2 days, they moved me to another room and it was a completely different experience. My advice- tell them you want a room in the West tower. The east tower rooms have a terrible view.

Our daughter’s birthday and favorite family location. Beautiful views and amenities. Whales breaching! My husband used the hotel MD, Dr Molina for pain mgmt. He was great—made a follow up house call to our room. Pool food staff are great but the computer system was unknowingly down. 90 min wait for poolside drinks, Hslf of the food selections are great: wood fired pizza, guacamole, service, dessert. We’ll be back!!! Great rooms, all with views and amenities. Don’t know why refrigerator doors open towards the sidewall instead of away from them Sebastian is great; enthusiastic, versatile, builds fun. Female entertainment staff poor at water aerobics in uniform, meek on the microphone and less able to rally participants. Needs a longer water hose to dampen all the hot volleyball sand Definitely worth my five visits
