Great location; easy access on/off highway

It smelled like the linens were left a little too long in the washer. Our hotel room somehow felt moist & it smelled musty. There were only 2 elevators working so there were lines just to get to your room. It was noisy as well. Plus, the front desk gave us the wrong room. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again.

Some staff need better training . Some staff need to be more polite , they need to realize some people dont like to wear their money.

Hotel was great

This was my kids favorite they gave us a top floor room ant it did not disappoint. The food was also really good... Not just a typical breakfast. I would definitely book here again. And shout out to Tiana she was amazing.

Bugs, small pillows, not very clean.

They were quick and efficient at check in. They also were quick to bring up towels and an extra blanket for the sofa bed via the text option.

The only thing I didn’t like was breakfast starting at 7:30. That’s too late for travelers need to leave early.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that the bed pillows were not full size. Otherwise the facility was excellent as well as the hotel staff! Hope to stay there again on my next trip to Little Rock

It was clean and nice. The staff is very friendly. Excellent customer service, but the hotel is definitely older, they keep it as fresh as they can, but it has seen better days.
