The fitness room is terrible, with one working cardio machine, no free weights and 1 ancient weight machine. The hotel uses plastic disposable containers for all of its bathroom products. I had 8 items in my bathroom at the end of a 2 day stay. A they have roughtly 200 rooms, that would be 1600 plastic bottles being thrown out every couple of days. Terrible lack of interest in our environment by the Wyndham chain.

Property is what it is. Clean but very dated and showing it’s years. Close to shopping and restaurants and a good mall across the street.

Back to the 1970s. Smelly carpet (!), old faucet in the tub/shower, tiny TV , even the Keurig coffee machine didn’t work… cleaners didn’t do a good job either. Won’t be back.

Multiple issues with the room. TV would not work properly even after staff tried to fix it. One of the staff said she remembered there was a problem with the TV, but obviously did not have it corrected. She did offer another room, but we declined. The door to the bathroom did not close properly and when forced shut, was difficult to open. After looking at the door, I noticed the screws in one hinge were loose. Easy fix, but regular maintenance should have caught that. Also, the pull up on the bathtub spigot (to get water to the shower head) was very hard to move in either direction, so quite a bit of force was required to get it to move (almost to the point I was worried the spout would break from the wall). From my perspective, a little preventative maintenance is in order.

Where to start rooms were very dirty with dust and smell. Carpet was really badly stained. Had to leave the hotel and get the another one.

There's lot of shopping stores in the mall 8n front of the hotel, you can just walk over there. Friendly staff.

Waited over an hour to check because our room wasn't ready. Coffee maker didn't work, and the pullout bed was something from a bad 1980s movie. Pool was over chlorinated and falling apart. Anyway, I would not recommend this hotel until such a time as it is completely renovated.

I always love staying at the Ramada when I visit my grandchildren in Kelowna. Great hotel but this trip neither of the dining rooms were open which was disappointing but I do understand one of them is just about to open and the other was opening again quickly. Thanks and see you again.

Great place all around!

Our experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. The room looked and smelled old, and we even had flies buzzing around, which was unsettling. The pool was another letdown—it wasn’t clean, and the surrounding floor had patches of moss, making it feel neglected and even unsafe. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and upkeep made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Definitely not what we expected.
