The Cumulus is conveniently located close to the Railway station and the Alvar Aalto designed church. The receptionist, Liisa, was very accommodating and helpful

The staff was perticularly helpfull at the front desk and in the breakfast room. Special thanks to the breakfast room waiters who did not loose their nerves even if all the hotel guests decided to have their breakfast at the same time :). I suggest the management should consider hireing more staff when the hotel is full or roll up their sleeves and come to help.

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Location was great. Parking was perfect. Breakfast was typical Finnish and was very good.

Location was downtown close to places we wanted to visit. They provided a Great breakfast - wide variety of foods. Parking was not the best.

It was perfectly satisfactory, nice to have hot breakfast buffet and convenience of dining room for dinner. The bathroom was the most efficiently arranged and complete I have yet encountered.

Hotellihuone oli vähän nuhjuinen ja petivaatteissa oli likatahroja, petivaatteet vaihdettiin heti vaivattomasti pyynnöstä ja asiakaspalvelu oli muuten erinomaista. Aamiainen oli oikein monipuolinen hyvä.

Ihan ok hotelli. Näkyy kyllä että ikää on, mutta ajoi tarkoituksensa.

Huone siisti, mutta vanha ja kulunut. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Aamiainen oikein hyvä.
